The return policy is crazy here, I was not able to get a refund on an order which I placed on instacart even after producing a digital receipt. On top of that they issued me a gift card. The customer agents on floor are rude and they don’t really help.

If you go to buy shoes make sure you have at least an hour and don’t expect them to have your size. Golf department is on point though.

Never shop here for shoes. It takes forever! One person running shoes, and not very fast. A line of people waiting to try on shoes. It’s so frustrating and not worth waiting. This is in the afternoon on a weekday. The weekends are even worse.

The staff will lie to your face at checkout. They will try and sell you some protection plan and say whatever they have to say to get you to cave. Spend your money elsewhere.

I had a terrible experience with Maria during my recent visit. Her attitude was extremely unprofessional and rude from the start. On top of that, she didn’t seem to know how to properly cash me out, which led to a major issue with my bank. Because of her incompetence, I had to spend time resolving the problem she caused. I highly recommend better training or hiring staff who can handle basic tasks properly and treat customers with respect.

I purchased a pair of one cloud shoes where the right shoe had a larger sole than the left n this defect was clearly visible both from myself looking down and other seeing it as well. It was about a half inch larger on the right side of the shoe than the left so I took the shoes back to the store several days later. Spoke with manager Peggy who immediately recognized the problem n began take care of the situation by replacing the shoe with another same shoe. I was very happy about this and I cannot say enough about manager. Peggy and the cashier, Alondra. They were both terrific. I will not hesitate in the future to buy shoes or other items from this store thanks to those 2 outstanding employees

I am a long time customer of Dick’s Sporting Goods Store.
And the Florida Panthers just won the Stanley Cup for the first time in 30 years Franchise!!
Three cheers!
So I went to get some merchandise of their winning and asked the greeter, where was the the section for the merchandise?!
He pointed to one small rack with a few jerseys and t-shirts and said arrogantly if I wanted some I would have to go to other store as we are an inter miami Soccer store, and miami celebrates more than Ft Lauderdale, and I can’t help it if ( they) celebrate on the beach all night.
What the hell kind of an answer is that.
So I just walked out,
Yes this was in front of other customers,
Very poor service, very poor mind set of that employee,
Not an example of how to treat a Buying customer of many years and many more.
Also knowing a lot of people in the Ft Lauderdale community of many years.
I did also call corporate office to let them know you have people working for you that are turning around paying customers.
Not happy with your effort

went for running shoes because google said they had a “knowledgeable” staff… staff did not know anything about running shoes and completely ignored us for the duration of our long, confused and horrible experience.
