Just got the cops called on me (cause I’m white) and cause I ate my chips I was going to purchase in the store…. THE COPS… for some chips. I’ve never ever had cops called on me . That was definitely a hate crime/ race card they just pulled on me . Oh well won’t be shopping there anymore

I was just discriminated in this store by the cashier I purchased some items and realized I was a few dollars from using my coupon. I asked her to scan my purchase for 2 quantities of soap instead of 1, and I would go grab the other while leaving my bag in the front. The cashier kept yelling loudly to put my bag in front, even though I said I would, as a law-abiding citizen who works in law enforcement. I am highly disappointed, I will contact corporate.

We were locked inside the store, one worker, who would let one or two customers inside at a time. When it was time to leave, we had to wait for the worker to unlock the front door so we could leave. Unacceptable.

I went to the store to purchase some baby products for my toddlers at home. I had some coupons to apply to my purchases, but I went to the "Self Checkout", for some reason, it wasn't applying. I asked for assistance and when the young lady approached me, it seems to me that I was taking up her time. She wasn't any help, in fact, she was rude, condescending, and to top it all off, in her own aggravation, she ended up under charging me just to get rid of me. Very unprofessional, won’t be returning to this store.

I am writing to urgently address the alarming and unsanitary conditions observed in the women's restroom at your Sunrise, FL location on Oakland Park Blvd. During my visit today, I was deeply disturbed to witness the deplorable state of the restroom facilities. My four-year-old daughter, who needed to use the restroom urgently, was exposed to an environment so filthy that it made me nauseous. The lack of cleanliness not only inconveniences customers but also calls into question the hygiene standards upheld by Dollar General. This incident marked the worst public restroom experience in my 32 years of living, and my daughter was unable to use the facilities, resulting in an unfortunate situation on our ride home. Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment is crucial for customer satisfaction and well-being. I urgently request that you address this issue promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience for all patrons. Additionally, I plan to contact corporate representatives to ensure awareness of this matter. It is imperative that steps be taken to prevent other customers from enduring such conditions, such as implementing measures to lock the restroom doors if the restroom is unusable.

This use to be a favorite store of mine until they refuse to fix broken air conditioner. They have a fan in store but way too hot in there to shop. In the middle of summer they have no air conditioning only fan. I feel sorry for emoyees as it seems inhumane. I would like to go back to shop there but not until they address this important problem

Probably seen them change regular workers more than supervisory roles. Goes to show that Nikolas Cruz didn’t actually do what he did. You have something against the public and not just your environmental needs. Great selection of candies too!

I bought three items from Dollar general twice last week and this week. This is the second time that I've been to Dollar general and I have enough money on my card and it says declined and it snatched the money anyway even though I told them to climb this is the issue. Today I bought an item three items and they came to a total of $6.27 and now I have $4 and I think 28 cents on my PayPal account this has happened with my cash app card and my PayPal and the store act like they couldn't do anything so I did this review 111 March 15th 2022. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING AT ANY DOLLAR GENERAL AGAIN WITH CASH OR ON CARD BECAUSE THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED OUR GENERAL AND LAUDERHILL FLORIDA ADDRESS 9980 NORTHWEST 44TH STREET LAUDERHILL FLORIDA I DON'T KNOW THE ZIP CODE BUT YEAH I'M DONE! That's not right!!! I'm telling ALL my family to stay away from Dollar general!!!!
