This place needs self paying machines. it is just ridiculous how long could be the line with just one cashier, sometimes 2 but is not enough, time is priceless, i mean the shop should pay me to do the line becouse they are taking my time away with and old system.

AIR CONDITIONER NOT WORKING!
This location (17th Street ) used to be the best.. had items no other store had, along with all the usual items you'd expect to see at dollar tree.. but now, that is not the case... Consistently lacking items like bug spray, citronella coils and phone chargers. certain tools like pliers , precision screwdrivers. Not even duct tape. And now it seems like the air conditioning is on the fritz.. and has been for at least a week now..
the employees are friendly..
but the inventory is lacking in certain areas .

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will Never shop at this location again. The sales associate Ashna was disrespectful, over scanned what I purchased. When I brought it up to her she took a step back as if she was ready to fight me for questioning her about how many times she scanned the same item. I spoke to her calmly and she was STILL so rude. Store #4002 needs to hire people with customer service skills not from the back ally with lack of manners and respect. I bought 19 items and she charged me for 23 items. She's is not the only one working there that is rude to customers. 2 weeks ago I walked in with my husband and the register employee was yelling at another customer.... I will be contacting this stores corporate office. SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE.

Buyer beware!
I just left the store and I feel I was tricked. The cashier, Chasady, asked if I would like to donate $1.00 to a children's charity. Of course I will. When I get back to the office, I see that I was charged $3.00 for MP Ult Clean Washable Crayons. There is no $1.00 donation. I'm not sure if this is a Dollar Tree scam or cashier mistake. When I try to call the store to speak to a manager it goes to a voicemail. I'm of course not going to go back for a solution, but I will review my receipt if I shop at this store again.

If I can give 0 I would. Walking in the store to spend my own money and another dog walked out and then I got denied because of my dogs so I will never give Dollar Tree money again, and I’m pretty sure that little doodle that walked out was not Service dog

A quick shopping for a birthday balloons and birthday cards. Store was organized at this time only thing is...there's was only one cashier working...again! therefore long line is formed real quick...I don't remember her name but she was very polite and smiled. And yet I love this place!!!
