The first time I met such a disgusting service. A lady, the employee, spoke on the phone instead of serving visitors. When the line of four people gathered, and one of the visitors asked this lady where to order, she started yelling at everyone. She yelled that we were all standing in the wrong place. She talked about me and my husband in the third person, that we think for a long time and can not decide. We waited patiently for the opportunity to order, but instead of taking the order, the guy, the employee, turned around and went off to do other things. We didn’t wait until we were served and left. Another visitor left with us. It is not allowed to yell at visitors, it is not allowed to be so rude. There was previously a good opinion about Dunkin’. Next time I prefer Starbucks. Save your nerves! I do not recommend!

An employee of your cafe dispersed all the visitors with her scream. We stood waiting for her for 5 minutes, no one came to take the order. Very bad. 0 out of 5

You know exactly what you’re going to get with Dunkin — it will never win awards, but it gets the job done consistently.The team at this location is absolutely stellar, and kept an entire neighborhood going during COVID — their positive energy and friendly faces make any day better.

Its hit or miss on food.Guy lied about half n half in coffee after i asked if he had heard me since i repeated it twice and he said something different. Reasssured me at window...but lied instead.The women are always nice!

I have been coming here for years. The service was never great, but I’m done spending money here. This morning the woman taking my order at the drive thru didn’t add one of my food items to the order, which is normal people are people, but when I went in nicely to see if they had it the person who took my order just said she didn’t hear it and looked at me dirty. It was not on my receipt once I checked, but it was the main part of my order and was definitely conformed by her when I ordered it. I was willing to re order but it didn’t feel welcomed, and I definitely didn’t feel welcomed to ask them to correct the second issue with my order so I just walked out. I’ve worked in customer service for 2 years and never once gave my customers such a dirty look, no matter if they were right or wrong or how they treated me. Small business would be out of business if they had the same customer service as Dunkin' so if others have had this issue I would recommend spending your money at smaller local cafés.

This was a bad experience. Rude and aggressive attendant. I definitely advise you never go there. You will have a bad experience. Bad attention. The person who helped me was rude and aggressive. They have the site open but not everything works. Closed bathroom. Definitely a bad experience. Stay away from this place.

an absolutely disgusting place. filthy smelly bathroom, no soap or paper towels, filthy sticky floors, and the customer service was horrendus. I went to order a chicken sandwich, which they did not have, and the attitude from both people working was pathetic. this is a good way to get very sick. stay away.

3 people working at 7:30 a.m. on a Wednesday. Lobby hours show they are open, but lobby is locked. They won’t look at us. They won’t open the lobby.

This is a very demanding location on weekdays. It's swamped in the mornings, around 8 a m. They get my coffee right, and they are very polite at the window. Their drive-through can get extremely backed up. Be patient. These employees are working very hard. I've seen how some of the customers treat the employees. Please don't be one of those people who are frustrated and take it out on the staff.
