I have been very happy with this location!Everyone is very nice and friendly.Latisha has helped me mostly and has been very kind, accountable and reliable.Dana also has been very helpful and welcoming.I highly recommend renting from them, I definitely will again I’m the future:)!

When I arrived at the location they were slammed..Dayna, Mary & Tarik were exceptionally kind & handled my needs & everyone else’s as fast as they possibly could.There was an issue with my reservation from my Insurance Company but they resolved it ASAP & had me on my way!Fred thanks for getting it clean!!!This is a small but fantastic location!!!Hire more Daynas!!!!!!

First of all , Great Service! The two women that always are there are so friendly and helpful. This is the first thing I mention because this is not usual when renting a car, at least for me.In terms of the car I rent, it was very clean and perfect condition. It was on time and ready for pickup when I arrived, and the process of pick up was quick and easy, and same thing when returning it.

This location works with Classic Collision and it was much the same. Arrived in a Thursday was told I didn't have a reservation and was told to call the insurance co. I'm sorry is it not the whole job of a car rental place to take a reservation, they didn't care want interested and sent me on my way. On Monday I returned with a reservation and reminded them I was paying for the rental but the insurance Co and I got an "Oh". You never asked, didn't care or was trying to assist ideas luv question. The return was just as bad, returned car where picked up, was told to drop car back at repair place and I'd receive any email with receipt. Never got it, called Enterprise 800# as I didn't want to be responsible for the car after dropoff to let them know what happened. While they were helpful and the next day I read a call and rec'd my receipt, I'm having hard time understanding how business is done like this. The lady in the rental place never even asked me my name or checked me in before giving the keys back and telling me to drive it to the repair shop, SMH, just horrible service!

Due to the "Once a Thousand Years" rain storm last month, I needed a rental car while my wife's car was in the shop. A rental car was difficult to get since many people were renting cars just like me. I have tried calling many car rental places with no results.I was making calls to different Enterprise offices, but the lines were all busy, and no none picked up the calls. Luckily, I found this Enterprise place close to Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport.Tanease is the branch manager in this location. Not only she helped secure a rental car for me. She also helps me with the paperwork with my insurance company with my claims. While I was there, calls and people came through the office with their problems and issues. She was calm, collected, and professional, and handled each customer with a car.I finally got my car back and returned the car after almost a month. The entire process was quick and easy, and it's all because of her. Even though this is a small satellite office, I recommend this location to anyone who needs a rental car.

Worth it to use another branch !! This is a small branch next to a auto body shop and the staff definitely could use some customer service training. Denise richards could also use a grammar lesson or too. Very rude and unhelpful couldn’t help me solve a problem that another branch up the road dealt with in a few minutes. DO BETTER :)

My rental car was infested with roaches.Horrible costumer service. We rented the 2020 jeep trailhawk; everything was okay till I saw a roach, my boyfriend took it out the car and we went on with our day.Come nighttime, we go to get in the car and as soon as I open the door and the lights come on inside, all the roaches scattered! There were little baby ones, small ones and big ones. We really can't believe how a car could have so many roaches inside and these people rented it out. The next day we get on the phone with enterprise to let them know about the issue and Dana from this location picks up and she's saying the car wasn't infested and it must've happened in our building complex (we had the car for 12 hours and there were all kinds of roach families chilling in the car) we stated that we didn't want to drive the car and we wanted someone to come pick it up and deliver us another car, she said a tow company would be there in three days and it would be at our expense. She also said they didn't have anymore cars and we needed to drive it to their airport location to switch the car out, 35 minute drive in a roach infested car? No thank you! They're not wanting to give us a refund even though we returned the car to a nearby location and now I have to Uber everywhere till I get my car fixed. I keep calling to talk to someone and they just take a message and say someone will call me back... they haven't. Truly awful experience, for a company that leaves you on hold for 15 minutes while there's an automatic recording saying that their cars are sanitized and clean, I wasn't expecting a roach infested 2020 vehicle! Imagine what else they're not up keeping, yuck!

I recently had to rent a car twice in the last month. I had the pleasure of dealing with Tanease and Dayna at the Enterprise located at 1165 NW 55th Street in Fort Lauderdale. These ladies were very professional and courteous.It's refreshing to receive such excellent customer service in this climate.Great job ladies. Been speaking with “T” trying to get a vehicle for 2 days now from this location. They say that they can’t rent it because of unusual rate source and are escalating it to be resolved with no timeline for resolution. Called other branches which don’t share the same problem. This location says it’s because they are a body shop and don’t have the same ability as other locations. Last conversation I nicely stated I would have to file a formal complaint and thanked them for their efforts and got hung up on.

This is the worst location to rent a car. It already started with us having to go to a different location because they didn’t have cars there (we had made the reservation weeks in advance and no one called us to say they had no cars), after arriving to the second location they gave us a pretty old van even though we said we needed Apple Car Play. When we returned the car they said there was a $250 fee for dog hair that no one ever mentioned before. Really? $250 to vacuum the car? I have been a customer for many years but apparently they don’t care. I will definitely not go back there.

This is the worst place to rent a car I've ever been!! horrible experience.I booked the car weeks in advance, but they didn't have any rental cars at all, I had to go to another store to get the car. On the other store they didn’t have the car category that I booked so they gave me a dirty, old car, falling apart and smelling cigars!!Service was terrible, looks like they are doing a favor to you.When I returned the car they wanted to charge me $250 for a dog hair cleaning service which was never mentioned, after much discussion I still paid $100 for the service. ZERO STARS !

Terrible service!!!! They wasted my time!!They should have fixed my car and they didn't. They changed a part and now it has a problem and noise there and they don't want to fix it. I went there because Geico insurance took advantage of me!

The staff were fast & efficient, the location is tiny & cramped. The cars are not top of the line, but the transaction was completed quickly.
