I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The staff, particularly the women working and especially the one with blonde braids during my visit, were extremely unhelpful and came across rude and standoffish. There was little to no customer service, and I felt very unwelcome in the store. It’s unfortunate because I usually enjoy shopping at Express, but this location did not meet the standards I’ve come to expect. They need to hire people that actually know customer service and not have stank attitude and no smiles on their faces
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the customer experience.

Very deceptive sales practices. This sure looks like 70% off to me but apparently I’m an idiot and should be charged accordingly. Stay away if you value being treated with respect.

My sister just left the store in tears. She had a return without a receipt and was told she could not return it, while the woman ahead of her was returning multiple items. My sister has spent over $2000 in the store. The woman behind her called my sister the C word and B word and wanted to fight her over this while Eli the manager just smiled and did nothing to defuse the situation.

The whole time I was in the store they looked at me like I was going to steal the clothes I was trying on. They are unprofessional, I have been an express customer for many years, this is the first time something like this has happened to me in an express store.

Luv the quality of the clothes. Join the rewards app/online and get discounts and specials. Nice stretch flex jeans, soft body countour collection of pieces, etc. Can dress up or dress down easily. Friendly staff

This Express store at the Galleria, like many others, has a separate entrance for the men's section and the women's section.A big sign saying you can take 40% off already clearance reduced items...That's the way to shop at Express, wait for their clearance and sale items...I also subscribe to their emails, so I get notified about many sales that sometimes start at midnight of a certain day.The fashion is always cool and trendy, I like Express.Limited Brands, in 1980, opened the first Express store, as women's clothier "Limited Express" in Chicago's Water Tower Place. Former CEO Michael Weiss joined the brand in 1981 when the test expanded to include eight stores. By 1986, Express had 250 stores and began testing the sale of men's merchandise in 16 stores the following year. The men's fashion line was spun off into its own brand, Structure, in 1989.In 2001, Express became a dual gender brand with the reintegration of its Structure stores as "Express Men". Dual gender Express stores began opening the following year. Structure apparel brand was sold to Sears in 2003.

Although the Aventura location is closer to me, I prefer this location. The customer service here is on par: there's always someone to acknowledge, assist and close out the sale. The store is well maintained including the clearance section. The sales rep are welcoming and know the products and store policy. I've called and received great customer service over the phone this past Sunday. The sales rep was nice enough to search for and hold items for me. Kudos to the staff and management on having a great team. I've driven from the next county over twice in one week because the service here is much better compared to the Aventura store. Thank you all for your efforts are appreciated. Oh btw I ended up buying a really nice blazer and returned on Monday to purchase a denim jacket.

Talia is THE BEST! She was so extremely helpful. It wasn’t about increasing the stores revenue. She genuinely cared about helping us find exactly what we needed and guiding us based on our budget. We need more Talia’s in the retail world!
