Would not recommend check-in was slow. The walls are so thin you can hear every noise above you and next to you. The bathroom was not cleaned or up to par it had old stains that look like it had not been properly cleaned. There were children downstairs by themselves The hallways were loud. I would never stay here again unless it was for free. The bed is not comfortable at all.... the clock in the room did not work. I could even get a proper night's rest. There were no cups or plates in room but it was a kitchenette. The tub was so slippery not sure why. For this hotel to be located where it is I expected a little bit more....

Overall I would say simply accept it for what it is. Is it a 5 star hotel, no, you get what you pay for. But does it provide for your basic needs, absolutely. Although some of the amenities were old, and would definitely benefit from some tlc, the walls are super thin so if you are a light sleeper bring some ear plugs and the water took forever to get hot, and I did not particularly like the comfortability of the bed. Over despite some of the the down of it all, the location and friendliness of the staff makes up for some of the issues. I can say they assisted with whatever was needed/ requested so for me that was super. Do not expect a full breakfast, however you will find some quick items (oats, coffee, tea). Location is also close to the mall and some shopping in the area so this is a plus. The full size fridge and kitchenette was also a plus.

Me and my mother stayed at this Extended Stay America in Plantation. We enjoy the amenities and the staff were really helpful and professional. Whenever we needed anything for our room they were available assist. I wanted to say thank you to Rosa, Katrina, David, Shirley, Shaun, Carter and the staff that made us stay comfortable.

This review is not specifically of the hotel, but of a particular staff member, Shirley, who was instrumental in clearing up some confusion regarding my family’s third-party reservations.We arrived at the hotel on 11/25 and had reserved two rooms for the night a few weeks prior. After driving over four hours to get there, a problem with the reservations was not something we anticipated. According to the hotel’s computer, we only had one room reserved. Shirley checked the computer repeatedly, trying different combinations of our names and taking any suggestion we offered. She also stated this was not the first time a third-party booking was problematic.By that point, she was powerless against the computer reservation system. She said we should contact the third-party company, who then called her in an attempt to solve the problem. She was calm throughout the entire ordeal and eventually the third-party representatives offered a solution that worked for all of us.Shirley is the sole reason I’m writing this review—had she not worked with us and the third-party company, we would have had to try to change hotels amid an already stressful holiday. I’m not sure how Shirley hasn’t already been scooped up by a more sophisticated hotel chain, and I hope she realizes how helpful she was and how her actions demonstrated true customer service.The rooms were fine and were what to be expected from value-priced lodging.Thank you again, Shirley.

I encountered no issues during the check-in process, and when I requested a room further from the elevator, the young lady at the front desk was very accommodating. However, there are a few aspects of this hotel that left me somewhat dissatisfied.First and foremost, the beds in the rooms were uncomfortably hard. Sleeping on them felt akin to resting on a solid surface, which made for a less than pleasant night's sleep. I believe investing in more comfortable mattresses could greatly enhance the overall guest experience.Additionally, the condition of the bathtub was less than ideal. It appeared as though it had been hastily painted over, with the original coating peeling in some areas. A little extra effort in the maintenance department could greatly improve the aesthetics and functionality of the bathroom facilities.Lastly, the breakfast provided at the hotel was quite disappointing. It resembled more of a snack than a proper breakfast. The limited options consisted of muffins, protein bars, and oatmeal with hot water, along with coffee. For a similar price, you can enjoy a hearty breakfast just down the street at La Quinta, which offers scrambled eggs and waffles among other choices.In conclusion, while my check-in experience and room request were handled well, the uncomfortable beds, bathtub condition, and lackluster breakfast were notable drawbacks to an otherwise decent stay at this hotel.

I was there Friday 11/10/23-Monday 11/13/23. I had a great experience. The young lady at the front was pleasant. Smiling. When I asked her questions, she seemed happy to help. I really just wanted to get away. It was pretty quiet. I really enjoyed myself. There is plenty of places to eat near by. The mall is next door. I will definitely come here again.Rooms: Room nice size for two beds. It has stove and refrigerator.Walkability: Mall is near by.

My priority for getting this hotel was the kitchenette. I had an exam for which I had to leave very early in the morning. So I wanted to make breakfast for myself in my room and eat some warm food before I leave. There were no utensils available and when I asked for them they said due to an event all their utensils were used and they will be cleaned after 11pm and I could have them by 7 am???!!!!! I had to leave before 7am. Their so called breakfast( which is not even a snack bar, only chocolate and blue berry muffin, granola bar, four type of oatmeal, hot water, terrible coffee, no plates??!!!!!) was not enough so I had to leave with almost empty stomach to go to a board exam??!!!!The room smelled really bad, the fan in the bathroom did not work, there was a cockroach in the bathroom, nothing in the fridge( not even a bottle of water).I asked the receptionist if My mom had to stay longer than 11am, is there any place she can sit?! ( since there is no lobby or any seats) they said that she can go sit outside on the pool chairs or stay in the room and be charged hourly( about $12) Thank god I finished earlier so she didn’t have to stay longer!Overall it was the worst experience that I had. I had never stayed in an extended stay hotel before and I never will.

I have been staying at this hotel for a month now with my daughter and Its been great the service from Katrina is amazing I feel so welcome and peaceful when she’s around so helpful and knowledgeable.Great energy!!!

The facility was clean and the general staff was friendly. However, there was an issue with the billing. The manager was very rude and hung up when I tried to discuss it with her. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

This location of Extended Stay has been such a blessing! The hotel staff is always extremely sweet and welcoming. They all go above and beyond to ensure that I have the best service! Management and Front Desk staff are very communicative and remember me by name! I see beautiful smiles and warm personalities every time I enter and exit the hotel. The room is perfect! Housekeeping staff is extremely sweet and helpful. I must say this is the best hotel experience that I have had and I am happy that I am staying here.

This was a great experience overall!!! The staff is always reachable and are pleasant to deal with. I personally can tell you that the Assistant Manager Katrina showed empathy and concern in dealing with a date issue correction for my reservation! Together Katrina and The Property Manager David, are pleasant and reasonable doing business with and very solution oriented. ??✨Katrina really made me feel like I was high priority, not to stress. ?My issue was resolved right away. Not to leave out ??Rose and Mildred.•*, these two are a great asset to the Extended Stay family because of the great customer service with a smile ?in their voice! The Supervisor of maintenance does his thing out there as well keeping the inside, outside and pool area so clean!!!!? With so many people this ES Staff I named are a cut above the rest in this area!!! This is definitely my Go-To spot for business travel and just getting away on a staycation. Kudos your a God send and rare team in such a time as this!!! You all deserve some *bonuses fr. Gift Cards, something… your the reason my family and I come there specifically!!!! ?.•.⭐️?.•✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨

I’ve been staying for over a month at this extended stay and let me tell you the staff is absolutely amazing and very accommodating. Katrina, David, Carter, Rose, & Jasmylda exceeded my expectations when it comes to customer service. Rooms are very clean and housekeeping staff go above and beyond. Definitely recommend this location!

Awesome staff always. From the night shift to the day shift. A young woman named Katrina helped me with some issues I had with the pool immediately and since then always asks if there are any issues. The quality of the rooms could be better but for an extended stay hotel it doesn’t get much better. As for the location you can’t beat a 100 foot walk to Broward mall and the target and Aldi’s.

I’ve enjoyed my stay here with my family. It’s quiet, clean, and the staff is nice and always helpful. Katrina, who’s the manager, is always available to help with any questions or accommodation. I definitely would recommend staying here.
