Great experience so far! Steve and Lori were great. Appreciate the fact that they don’t price gouge like other storage companies and guaranty fixed price for 12 mo. Decency seems harder to find these days.

If you need storage close to downtown, this is an excellent choice. The ease of access and strong security make it a no brainer. The move in and out process couldn't be easier. Large trucks have close and easy access to the elevators, which can be set up for large moves. All equipment, storage spaces, and amenities are well taken care of. The building itself has a cool vibe and is quite an inviting. It reminds me of those repurposed industrial buildings downtown, like the Exchange Lofts, and the Forge. It has a cool yet clean industrial feel. The manager Lori is easy to work with and is very knowledgeable and helpful. I completely recommend Morningstar.

GATE DAMAGED MY CAR, DO NOT GO HERE.
Yesterday I opened the gate as I do at every storage I've been to and the gate hit the front of my car ripping off THE BRAND NEW WRAP I HAD PUT ON 2 WEEKS AGO. IT IS A $7500 DOLLAR JOB.
I called and left a voicemail and have not gotten a response.
As you can see it says the gate opens towards you but the is very narrow and I positioned myself to get as close to the terminal where you enter the code. They should advise you to get out of your car.
I'm beyond upset and I will never be returning to this location again.

Morningstar Storage is clean, secure and has amazing customer service. They are so responsive that within a minute of reserving our unit they contacted us to schedule our move in. We moved in our stuff same day, no issues. Steve showed us several units, went over everything with us in detail and we didn't feel rushed. We feel like our belongings are safe here.

To store things off when I had opened my account with morning star storage. It was supposed to be underneath my business name, which it was not placed under. It was placed under my personal name and when I had an account there, she tried anything and everything to get me out of there because of my service animal, she even called the cops on me had them try to make me leave. But then they made her apologize and because I refuse to apologize to her she and the contract doesn't stop there. My vehicle happens to be More than a 1000 feet from the property, and this lady took it upon herself to put a tow Sticker on car this is someone that is not authorized to even carry toe. Stickers, this place needs oddity immediately. I don't want them to have a chance to get rid of their tow Stickers does it confiscated out of a storage unit from a tow truck driver?
They had been trying to go through my stuff and once I got so much and stuff that they wanted to try to you know, take it but they're not going to because I always made my payments on time who never had any food in there, not even my service animals food. And she wants to continue this personal vendetta, because it's either her son or grandson is not with my fiance.So she is bringing personal aspects into business, and she is going beyond her job to make sure that I am being harassed and stopped and slander to the point where my business doesn't get off the ground and now they want to discuss things nah im going to have their jobs and im going to press charges for stalking harassment and theft i have seen and the cops have seen my business laptop and speaker that was stolen in there

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Morning Star Storage in Fort Lauderdale! From the moment I became a tenant, the manager, Lori, has made every experience exceptional. She is always kind, incredibly helpful, and goes above and beyond to ensure I feel welcome and safe. Lori even communicates proactively when I receive packages, which is a huge help! Great facility and staff. New building with great resources. They even gave us 4 hours and 50 miles free with their sprinter van as a new customer. Provided water during our move and all the carts, dollies and moving supplies we needed. Lori and Steve were great to work with and super helpful. And they have a 1 rate guarantee so I don’t have to worry about my rate doubling 3 months after I move in. Book with confidence. They are awesome!

Was an amazing facility before they hired Lori, she creates problems and is the reason why so much people are moving out. Plus, she runs to Tarik who is her boss and acts the victim. They need to open up an investigation on her, she is extremely bad for business.
