Laura, was very helpful showing me the unit I booked online. The facility is clean and organized. I was happy to see they have courtesy dolly’s do use to help make moving our stuff easier.

Jessica at the front was awesome! Setting up a storage situation isn’t the most thrilling task to fulfill however Jess was thorough yet straight to the point and friendly in explaining the process. The storage space itself is clean. It was a quick process with a fair price and Jessica at the front sealed the deal for me. Thank you!

I had a great experience with Laura. She was very kind and stayed after hours to accommodate my schedule and to show me some units. She is very professional and knowledgeable and loves her job. She said she loves working at this location in particular because of her management team and her manager Jessica. This says it all. Thank you, Laura!

I’m so happy I chose this location to store my furniture for one year. Laura at the front desk was amazing, so helpful in every way. If it wasn’t for her helpfulness and great customer service my experience there would have not been the same. Highly recommend this location.

I recently visited Extra Storage today and had the pleasure of working with Jessica. I was blown away by her exceptional customer service! She was incredibly fast and efficient, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. But what really stood out was her kindness and friendly demeanor. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I had everything I needed. The experience was truly top-notch, and I couldn't recommend Extra Storage and Jessica enough! 5 stars isn't enough - she deserves 10!"

Professional, super easy to sign up for a unit, we got the 1st month free which really meant $40 for fees, insurance etc but still saved me $300! Very helpful, email, text and phone calls to welcome me. Was a very easy exit also - would use again

Jessica is a hand on person very attentive, very courteous she ask you questions as too what size unit you looking for what amount of stuff do have then she will give you an idea of what unit is best for you the reason why I stay with extra space storage is because of Jessica if am late in my payment she always find a way to talk on the phone and tell me how long I have before she it goes on auction she is just a wonderful person
