Just after i moved in about a month ago they have an audacity to send me an e mail stating the rent will increase from $165 to $183 . This is nothing but scam.. I am looking for another storage already . God knows how much will it be next month. It is not ethical at all and they are just predatory here. Don't move in you will end up the same as i am. Trick is to move you in; in a better price than raise it to maximum. I am very disappointed.. Homeless people are all around seems like they live in the building..
Update :: After calling the management they removed the price increase until next time..

Very nice front desk personnel, clean inside. After work hours late nights feels little shady in the area . Some homeless people on the street.

I’ve had an excellent experience with the team at Prime Storage. The staff Latoya and Jan are professional, friendly, and always willing to help with anything I need. They make the whole process easy, from move-in to day-to-day access, and they always greet you with a positive attitude. The facility is clean, secure, and well-run, and you can tell the team truly cares about keeping everything organized and safe.
Highly recommend great service and great people.

Latoya was very helpful. She made the process easy and quick. I put in an online booking request and she called me when the office reopened after the long weekend. She took me on a tour and explained the differences between the two sizes I was considering. She explained how to access my unit and what to expect when arriving the first day also told me if the on-site office is closed there is a remote office that can be reached after hours if I need any additional assistance. From the time I arrived until check out with my new unit was under 20 minutes, quick and painless.
