Site shows they sell stability shoes. I go there and the first clerk has no idea about these shoes. Says they don't carry this brand. I say it's a type of shoe not a brand. Then the cashier tells me they don't carry any type of specialty shoes. Why advertise it then? I drove 18 miles for no reason

I visited the Coral Ridge location. Very poor customer service and the manage on duty need better training, very bad for business. There displayed prices is always misleading and all the manager can say is take it or leave. I would like for a district manager to visit this location, I’m a customer for over 7yrs. Worst location in south Florida

No varieties of colors, mostly black shoes. No varieties of styles. So NOT ever going here again.

Their selection is ok. If you're a sneaker head or reseller you won't find any gold here. If you're a parent or someone looking to save some money but still look somewhat fashionable, this is a good place to start. I haven't seen any shoes or sneakers above one hundred dollars. The problem with this location, it always smells like mildew and it's humid. Always.

On my search for casual shoes, I stopped at this store at the Coral Ridge Mall. It's setup up like a DSW, tall display racks on the aisles that display a shoe on top and all the sizes are in boxes down below.... That's easy to check for your size and see if they have it available...if not, they will order your size and give you a time frame for delivery to the store. I like their selection of casual, formal and sneakers...but what I like best is their clearance section...they have shoes as low as $10 back there...hope you can find your size and the style you like.... Famous Footwear began in 1960 with the establishment of a single shoe store, Neil's Factory Shoe Outlet (launched as "Neil's Shoes"), in Madison, Wisconsin. The store was launched by 29-year-old Neil Moldenhauer and was financed by a $10,000 loan. In 1963, Neil's Factory Shoe Outlet hired a college student named Brian Cook as a stock boy, a man who later rose up the company ladder to become president of Famous Footwear in 1979. The name "Famous Footwear" was launched in 1964 when Moldenhauer opened a second store in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

Rudeness and unprofessional actions. They send emails that you never ask for. Then they never have the sale items at the store.

After trying on numerous sneakers at other stores with no luck, I visited Famous Footwear. After trying on several more sneakers, I found some really comfortable Saucony Ride 14 wide that fit great! They feel very springy when I am walking. So happy!

Why am I writing this review? I was inside this store Tuesday and there was a women that said she was the store manager yelling at her employees. I was shocked by the way her anger reflected towards her employee. Do to the lack in profesion I will not be shopping at this location. Sad to see the abuse on employees

Cashier had an attitude, but other than that there's a wide selection. They're closing at 7 instead of 8
