Just because you know your job, doesn't mean others do. I asked Elizabeth for help with printing services several times and she kept talking so fast about what do while constantly trying to walk away. I mean what kind of customer service is that? To speak to me as if I should know what to do, when I’m asking for help is so rude. Help your customers understand. Maybe show them hope to do things hands on! I’ll make sure to use a different location moving forward. I really have a bad taste in my mouth from the type of customer service given.

The worst staff out of all the fedex locations in broward county, and yes I’ve been to most. The people that work here are RUDE AND UNHELPFUL! Half of them seem irritated to even have customers in the store and the female manager is down and out unhelpful and RUDE. Worth the extra time to go anywhere else to have your printing and shipping done.

Be prepared to wait in line for a LONG time. Understaffed and employees will stare at the line and continue to move slowly. I stood in line with 10 customers and watched two employees clock out and go home.

I waited in line at this place for too long, then was told to pick up Photos the next day at 10 AM when calling to see if they had been printed and we’re ready for pick up the next day they were not. I came in later that evening they were still not printed and we’re blurry after The manager had helped me the previous day to send them in the correct format. I stood there for 30 minutes holding my crying baby while the employee and manager tried to figure out why they were blurry, and then was not offered a appropriate discount. This should’ve been a quick 10 minutes at the most In-N-Out. This is the second time FedEx printing, has failed to do their job or treat the customer with respect or sympathy for their time.

I’ve done business with fedex forever…I could not be happier with their service…I ship fine art, it arrives on time, intact, delivered promptly and without problems!
Recently sent 30 fragile and very expensive objects from Fort Lauderdale…inexpensive and delivered on time in perfect condition, that’s exceptional…ups, post office, dhl, not for me…the gentleman I dealt with at the location at 300 federal highway was named Tim, he was great, beyond helpful and had a really good attitude…I hope his boss reads this because that guy is a attribute to that business!

See me walk in with 20 boxes and putting them where I always get it scanned and last box they tell me on put them on this side like ok tell me this at the last second and each box was huge can’t miss it

The cutoff time to drop off for overnight service at this location is 7:30 PM. I waited in the long line at 300 N Federal and FedEx accepted my package at 7:13 PM. FedEx failed to get it out the same evening. I do not recommend going to this location if getting the level of service for the shipment is important. And if it isn’t, why bother with FedEx at all?
On the plus side, the employees were friendly and professional.

Tim is fantastic; ran into a snafu with a an important re-directed envelope and we were able to work things out eventually together with the customer service. So happy he was the one serving me.

This review is specially for Candy and Joe - they’re here on the night shift at FedEx doing the best they can with limited hands, malfunctioning equipment and no Manager to support and tons of customers with our own issues that keep coming in. I can feel the strain of stress on these two guys but they’re helping regardless through the pain. Whoever the Manager was that left them alone without a backup, I hope it was really important that you had to leave. These guys deserve a raise and extra pair of hands, maybe a day off in lieu (you may lose some good ones).

Their employee Candy was extremely rude with us. We walked in ready with the label and account data, told him we were ready, he took care of the rest of the people that arrived AFTER us. He was taking care of the rest slowly completely disregarding us. I asked him if someone else could take care of of us, he started ARGUING with us because to him we weren’t ready.

Just left this FedEx that I go to often. There is a person by the name of Candy, who every time I get is extremely rude. It takes always a very long time to get anything done. There is a person by the name of Joe who is always pleasant every time. As a business owner it is important to get feedback and if I had something to improve in I would want to know. I only go here because it’s convenient but the customer service needs to improve. This is a service that we pay for so customer service needs to improve for repeat business.
