I came in to return a bed frame (very large 50 pound package). A truck driver helped me bring it in and the associate inside was very polite and helpful.

Judith was an absolute lifesaver!! I needed to print shipping labels for holiday gifts, and Judith was so helpful on the phone, explaining how to format them and the labels, etc.
Then, when I went to the store, Judith greeted me and printed out my labels. Then she helped me to send them to my colleague. She is just a great representative of excellent customer service! Thank you!!

Cam was exceptional. Amazing customer service. Great at multi tasking. He was taking care of literally 4 customer needs at the same time between the phone, emails, us and others in line.

Were so impressed with a young man working there named Cam. We really needed a package to get overnight delivered, while there the outgoing truck showed up, Cam asked the driver if he'd wait until ours was ready before he left. Not only that, but Cam was multitasking like a pro, and he obviously knew his stuff. Hope he's always on duty when i go there.

I am beyond thankful for FedEx and this location. I needed help making copies of important paper work for my passport and immediate after I showed what I needed copied, the staff handed me my paper work back (because it was credential) helped me figure out how to make copies myself. Then I went back because they were so helpful and shipped 2 massive boxes of my sentimental belongings via ground FedEx and it got there safe and sound. Very fast!!!!!!!! Thank you guys so much for your hard work and professionalism… I cannot explain my gratitude!

I went in to do some scanning of some important documents and I feel I was intentionally treated w disrespect. I told the woman working I needed help as I had not done this before. She intentionally let me manually lift the copier hood 64 times to scan my paperwork which took almost an hour. (It could’ve been done by inserting the papers in the tray in batches I found out at the next FedEX I went to.) Then she knew it would time out on me in about a minute afterwards and I would lose the work I’d done without telling me that prior. The other woman there would not obviously help me and the original woman was nowhere to be found. Then when she did show back up she sarcastically said with a stoic face “oh you have to do it again like it was nothing! That’s when I knew it was intentional . There were no other customers at that time. Then she waited for me to snap on her so she could point a finger at me and probably call me a “Karen”….I could see it was a setup because I was a the only one of my look in there if you get my drift. I was mad but I kept my cool so as to not give them what they wanted.So tonight I get on here to do my not so good review and the first review I read was very similar to mine — total disrespect and/or laziness involved w the employees of this business. I felt targeted and helpless to do anything about it. I’m not sure but it felt like I was stereotyped by these “gals” working or should I say not working there. So I went to another FedEx that day and met a wonderful woman who helped me every step of the way. There’s a saying that goes like this… “ how people treat you is not an indication of who you are, but of who they are “……. So true!I would never go back in this place if it were the last FedEx on earth and the other one was on mars!! Worst experience I ever had in a business in my life.
