FedEx has a terrible customer service. In US hours, when you think these representatives will be better, the after hours representatives are much more respectful even if they cannot much, because most be another country. The driver sometimes have to carry over 75 pounds using stairs without a another driver. This is inhumane and disrespectful of United States. This is FedEx who took out our US Postal service down. They can do better. UPS IS MORE HUMANE 100 TIMES. I cannot stay quiet because this is not 1990, we are in 2025 and should make companies supported by the government improve. Or hire a 3rd party and pay them. I am very proud of the driver I got who walk that extra mile to please a customer. He should be commend and respected despite what his chain of command thinks about him and others like him.

Apparently the drivers for this location don't knock on doors and expect you to just be waiting outside for them for the whole 2 hour delivery window. The customer service line was no help either. Won't be using Fed Ex services again.

The girl working at the counter today was wonderful and worked with us to get our package! She did a superb job following protocol and still having awesome customer service! I wish I could remember her name but she was amazing Thank You!!!

I recently visited the FedEx Ship Center and my experience was excellent. The staff was incredibly helpful and efficient. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted warmly and directed to the service counter.
The representative who assisted me was knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions about shipping options and delivery times. They ensured that my package was properly packed and secured, giving me peace of mind that it would arrive safely at its destination.
The facility itself was clean and well-organized, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. I was in and out in no time, which I really appreciated given my busy schedule.
Overall, the customer service at this FedEx location was top-notch, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of reliable shipping services. I'll definitely be returning for any future shipping needs.

Running game. Was waiting for a package that needed signature. Kept getting delayed messages so call the facility, they said the delivery driver tried to deliver it and knocked on the door but no one by that name lived there. When I spoke to someone else they said DD tried to deliver the package three time and no one was there, then finally spoke to the last person and was told there was no unit on the package so we could deliver it. I live in a house there is no unit number, and address was verified on top of that i work from home and im home literally 24 hours and have dogs that bark no knock on door at all.. They not really doing their jobs if they are not delivering packages. Never had this issue, I get packages every week from USPS, amazon, and UPS and never had any issues getting packages delivered. Will not be using fedex EVER AGAIN!!!!!

The driver lied twice about trying to deliver an iPhone and an iPad. He did not come the house. Once saying that he attempted and no one was home. The other lie; the street was flooded. Even after other fedex drivers deliver my neighbors packages on the same day. The driver still lied that he came to a house with multiple cameras and none did not catch him, but it caught the other fedex drivers. Be careful of the fedex liars

My go to place. Especially convenient because of it's hours. They close at 8:00pm. So when it is 7:30pm and you need a package overnighted to your Lawyer to file a lawsuit this is your place. Love the no lines and helpful employees as well.

Come on guys, what is going on? I was expecting two packages from 2 different sites, both were delayed. Tracking n. says "we tried to deliver", but the truth is that nobody tried to deliver. I have a camera in front of the house, i was by the door, im sure no employee tried to deliver my packages. Now im on a hurry to travel and probably wont be able to get them.
This is such bad reputation for you guys, Fedex used to be trustable.
