My experience was perfect. This location was clean & the employees were friendly. The woman that assisted me went to the back to get my package and came back promptly. Before I was served, I saw about 4 other interactions and & employees were very professional and efficient.

Horrible service!!! They should ship 2 packages, they picked both of them delivered only one and they return one of them to the shipper ( I don’t know why?!) and they still charge me for 2 box delivery!! I made this shipment two times first time they could not find the address and they even didn’t made a call!NOT RECOMMEND!Costumer support is just formally says ,, I understand,,Really bad experience.

Great service, as soon as I walked in, they greeted me and said, "we'll be with you shortly."After a few minutes, they took care of me.I had an appointment to get fingerprints, and the associate who helped me was knowledgeable and helpful. Really enjoyed it.The place is old and looks outdated, and it has a lot of natural light and services all your office needs.

This location seems pretty great at attempting deliveries by simply showing up and immediately placing a “we missed you” tag on the door. My husband and i watched like a hawk for our package. There wasn’t a knock. A ring. A call. And we had all available for the delivery driver to choose from. 3:19 attempt was made. Im calling customer service at 3:22. Confused. How Absolutely horrendous. Amazon all the way.

Needed to ship some important paper work and some jewelry. I needed a box and packing material. A very helpful and knowledgeable staff member helped me finding the less expensive box and using a padded envelope rather than buying bubble wrap. She thn expertly packed the box for me. First class service above and beyond the call of duty!

Way too many people waiting in the lobby, patrons are actually getting angry because there's only one guy behind the counter for 45 minutes. The single employee did the best he could. If you're in a hurry you should probably pick a different location to ship your stuff

I brought a couple hundred packages today for my business and I was astonished by the attitude I received upon drop off. I got called “an idiot” i was told from your employee that she won’t be sugar coating anything today. Honestly, as a business owner this service from your staff in my opinion needs to be fixed. Moving forward I will be scheduling pickups for my orders. Thank you.

drivers keep claiming we were closed and apologize and say it will be redelivered, after I didn't receive it I called again and they where having driver come back, nobody showed up and I lost 2 big salesInitially expected: Saturday 06/17/2023, new delivery Monday after my customer flies out....
