The rudest customer service of any FedEx Office! Workers talking loud and nasty to paying customers at the counter! Is there a Manager? Who allows workers to talk like this to the paying public!!!

I can’t say enough good things about this FedEx location. Every team member here is kind, helpful, and truly cares about the quality of their work—and it shows. I use this location regularly for our office needs, and every single print job is done to perfection.
Even though I have a FedEx just five minutes from my house, I go out of my way to come to this one because they’re that good. They’ve even called me to offer suggestions on cutting and layout to make sure everything looks its best—and it always does. The manager clearly cares and leads by example; you can feel it every time you walk in.
I wish I could give more than five stars—this team deserves it!

Store opened at 8am and I stood outside for 10 min as the person inside slowly got the store ready. She stared at me but didn’t open the door. When they opened there was no greeting or acknowledgment that I walked in. The worst customer experience and very unprofessional. Also not confident as my item will arrive as they refused to package it while I was there. Find a different fedex store to go to. They need better training.

I had to leave and go to the Deerfield location where they greet you with joy and a smile …, while this location is acting like they are doing you a favor ….. and then tell me that I have to buy the packing tape for my packages that I’m sending. Willa is pure joy while Affa (I think is his name) should be on unemployment. This is a customer service business and a customer should not be made to feel like they are secondary….
