I wish all companies did returns w fedex because its such a better experience all round. The gentleman who helped me today at 4:45pn dec 3 (mustache shoulder length hair) was so kind and helpful. I really appreciated him not making me feel dumb like they do at usps. Thank you ??????

My first time at the store to print and copy. Frequent another location without issue. Copy machine was out of paper so I moved to another copier. That copier also had to paper. The drawers were open and the customer service rep opened and closed them to make it work. Upon attempting another copy the error message came up. The man came back and scolded that it was my document then proceeded to belittle me. After he closed the drawers properly etc it worked without fault. I’m a business owner, just because I don’t have a copier doesn’t mean I don’t know how to work one. Go to the location north of sunrise on federal. They’re much nicer and don’t belittle business owners.

One person working here and 20 customers! I will be here for hours to get one copy. I would not recommend this place because it is understaffed.

This place is very clean and quick paced. Most employees are very helpful. The problem comes with the FedEx system and requirements to ship items. They require you to buy a FedEx box. It can't be a shoe box, which sucks because they are partnered with Ebay. A shoe box is $11.99 plus tax. They won't let you use a post office box either. I will not stand for the lack of customer service. This automated age will never be better than real customer service. If you're really about your customers, offer shoe boxes for one and lower your prices on all boxes since your box sorting system is so destructive to paper wrapped packages and other lesser boxes. In short this policy makes the employees very short and disrespectful. For $11.99 I'll just ship with another company.

The rude guy would not give me a receipt for a drop off package. Showed me the self serve machine in an arrogant an non professional way. When I go to the other store in Fort Lauderdale they gladly and happily give me a receipt and don’t act like this clown did

The package was never delivered and when I call to locate it, they give me the runaround. Tried to file a claim through their 800 number and they redirect me to a link online which, in turn, redirects back to the 800 number.

Unprofessional staff and management. The store manager never cared to call me back after I made a complaint about one of her employees and requested to speak to her.

Not only is it a convenient location but dang they have the best employees! I'm not very good with technology and had a young man help me load a card and send a much needed fax! Super friendly and went out of his way to help me! Thank you so much!

I had to come back today to print out more music on large format music paper. Then I had to have the score bound. Dylan had done this for me before and remembered what I needed, which was great. The store is always clean and tidy, which is a big deal for me. The supplies by the self-copy machines are always well stocked. If I ran an office, this is how I would run it. Clean, tidy, well stocked and well staffed with people like Dylan. I can always count on him to get the job done. As for me - I forgot to copy the whole trombone section so I'll have to go back to FedEx. Lucky it's such a nice place to go to get the job done.
