Make yourself a favor, don’t shop here. Useless arrogant female “helpers”. I ve been to 2 other Ferguson stores in the area and service was much better. Staff talks to each other instead of trying to help customers , no “hello” in return, no help.

I just had the worst, most unreal experience, they need proof of ownership for my condo just because the billing address differs from the shipping address and because of this the order would be delayed, no thanks.

Poor experience. I called prior to arriving to the store since it stated online you needed an appointment. I was spoken very rudely by a guy named Jordan and then when I arrived Leah was my sales associate and she just had such an attitude towards me. I feel like she thought I was wasting her time, she didn’t want to deal with me. Maybe it was because of my dress code being in jeans and a sandals and having both my kids with me.I still went through the process of her providing me quotes for two appliances. However I followed up with her via phone and the guy that answers the phone at the Fort Lauderdale location is so rude. Jordan is was his name and he made it difficult to get my questions answered.I decided to spend my money at Best Buy because I was treated with respect and kindness. Why should I spend $30,000 on a luxury appliance towards a company that has rude employees? No.Honestly I wished I had a wonderful experience. But I was just disappointed.

I love taking clients shopping here. Tony and Merrie handle all my clients’ needs — everything is shipped to the client home, they pay directly online. It’s so easy. The showroom is always changing too, which I really like.

unbelievable I bought a $12k Liebherr fridge from a very nice and professional young man. I guess it's not entirely his fault although he could have done his research before he promised me all that did not happen. Promise1: you get the fridge in 2 weeks. It took close to 3 months but without all the parts. The stainless steel front cover was damaged and not usable. The SS freezer door and handle were missing. Promise 2: No worries it will there next week. 5 weeks later after multiple calls emails and text messages it arrived yesterday June 23. i am out of town and my mother in law, 75, is alone in the house. Ferguson just dumped these very heavy and expensive parts at the front door, exposed to rain and storms, and left. I'm in Europe and it's the weekend. total disregard and disrespect.Problem is I'm stuck but for sure I'll never buy a toothbrush from these unprofessional heartless individuals.

Extremely helpful people. The displays are beautifully set up. Most attractive. Fine merchandise. I was connected with young gentleman in the warehouse that gave me some options to solve my shower handle problems. It was somewhat difficult to get time with a salesperson because lots of customers needed help. Overall a very good experience.

Given Ferguson's is within a couple of miles of our temporary condo, we use them as a showroom. Even if we don't find the item, we can checkout the manufacturer's quality. A couple of visits ago we spotted a few items we liked and asked an employee to put some orders together for us. He suggested we use the web site, I responded their website was garbage, filtered searches don't work and it's totally hit an miss trying to find specific items. He wasn't budging. we put an order in for around $7,000. So far we've had 2 of the 5 orders placed on hold and had to call them (certainly not a credit problem, no idea why they called, released quickly), we've received 2 items we didn't order but paid for. A refund was approved but we haven't received the return label or the refund and another item was sent to the wrong address.Here's my take. Fort Lauderdale has no decent decorative hardware stores on the east side. The one that's been around for ages isn't good dealing with retail traffic and has a limited number of old tired brands. There's decent stores out west but small and not convenient for us. Boca's better, Stuart more so. We decided to go with Amazon. So far ok but it's clear they're not their normal self when it comes to decorative hardware. Note to Build: Your store is a very pleasant environment. It's lovely to walk around for hours and never get the slightest bit of help. If your focus is on the Trade, then go back to the days where you informed us it's Trade only, please leave, go hire a decorator. Your website is also a disaster. Placing the mouse in the top half of the page covers more than half the page with a drop-down, search is utterly useless as many items don't get picked up (we go to the manufacturers site and get specific part numbers, then back to Build, enter the number, and viola, the product magically appears, we don't need a constant reminder about Covid and all your other excuses covering a large part of the page, we don't need the cookie nonsense, we don't want to be on your mailing list and we don't want to chat. We waive all that garbage away to have the pleasure of dealing with a useless search engine. You folks need higher standards of acceptable business methods. We don't need you, you need us.

Out of stock on 90% of what we needed.. Noland plumbing isn't too far away and always have stock. 1 cashier in the entire unorganized store here. Absolute waste of time coming here.

If I could give it negative stars I would. Awful customer service. I had to chase them down just to place an order and then got the run around until I finally canceled the one remaining item on my order that never came. I was able to place the order for a similar item from Fuse and get it the actual appliance in my possession before Ferguson could even give me a refund. I was promised daily to get a call to process the refund and never got one. I kept calling and emailing. Finally we asked for a manager and the refund was processed that day. I will NEVER use them again nor will I ever recommend them. I bought a sub zero fridge from them 1.5 years ago and bought a number of Thermidor appliances this go around. Wish my money had gone to Fuse instead. Terrible company!!!!

Visited the store on Federal Hwy to buy 3 piece faucets for three bathrooms so explained exactly what I needed including the Axor brand and finish. However, the two folks I spoke with continued their conversation and made no attempt to assist me, even though I wandered for roughly ten minutes trying to find what I wanted. I left and went to Sophisticated Hardware on Oakland where the sales people were attentive and I bought what a needed for a cost of nearly $3k in no time at all. Service is everything!

I worked with Leah and had a truly wonderful experience! She helped me place the perfect lighting pieces in both my living room and dining room. Leah was attentive, informative and knowledgeable. Rachel was a help too when Leah was out. I loved the customer service and ease. I had a shipping issue and was impressed by how quick the resolution was.
