I recently took my car to Bridgestone Firestone for two simple requests: an oil change and to check for an air leak in one of my tires. I mistakenly mentioned that I thought the issue might be with a tire and I pointed to a tire I had patched a little over a month ago due to a nail. Based on that, they immediately tried to sell me an expensive maintenance package, including four new tires—despite my tires being only two years old. My previous set lasted seven years, and I rarely use my car because I’m a flight attendant and spend most of the month away.
Instead of focusing on diagnosing the actual problem, they spent an excessive amount of time pushing a credit card and membership program, claiming it would make the costly package "more affordable." What made me even more uncomfortable was discovering that the credit card terms stated they would share my financial information with other financial institutions, which felt like a complete invasion of privacy.
Regarding the air leak, they insisted the issue was with the recently patched tire and claimed there was nothing they could do except replace all the tires. I knew that wasn’t accurate because the pressure in that tire hadn’t changed since the repair. Sure enough, just a few hours after I left, the tire pressure warning light came back on. The actual problem was with a different tire—exactly the other one I suspected and suggested—but they refused to investigate further and continued pushing for a full tire replacement. After all the time and money spent there, they couldn’t even correctly identify the tire with the issue.
This experience left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. I no longer trust their services. I know my car needs a comprehensive maintenance check soon, but I won’t be returning here because they were more focused on upselling me a credit card and membership than resolving my immediate concerns. The entire experience made me feel vulnerable and taken advantage of, especially after realizing they prioritized pushing "unnecessary" services over addressing the actual issue I came in for.

In line with the other reviews, there is no communication from this store; the employees are straight up rude and uncaring; you WILL be upsold; you WILL wait; you WILL not get updates. Par for the course with these crooks. Do not buy a lifetime alignment- its not worth it, go to Costco.

Not a place I can recommend. Alignment was so bad that my tire lasted me like 3 months after they worked.

Save time and frustration, book your services elsewhere. After confirming appointment showed up to be told they would have to “call around” to find the pieces needed. They do not care for your time and by all appearances would not care for your vehicle either.

They do work but they have zero finesse. Every time I come here I have to clean up the inside of my vehicle after these guys and replace my seat covers. Absolutely no concern for the cabin space. The only reason I come here is because my office books my work van for this location.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The people that work here are super careless and unprofessional. They installed rotor’s improperly, and don’t put back screws when they take them out. They’ll put your life at risk, it’s better to just go to a dealership. At least they’ll do it right the first time.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I’m not one to write reviews, but this specific location is putting people in danger with their carelessness and lack of professionalism. I had services done at a different location and had a good experience, so given it’s a corporate company, I thought I’d have the same experience at a location closer to my house. I was so wrong! I had an alignment, brake pads, and roters replaced. I first had issues with a loud grinding sound, so I had to take my car back the next day for them to re-install the brake pads and roters. Then 2 days later when I was making a sharp turn, my wheel completely collapsed. When I took my car to a REAL mechanic, they said when the alignment was done, it looks like they didn’t screw on the control arm properly (if they even put the screws in at all!). Luckily, I wasn’t on the highway or driving fast when I was making this turn. I or someone else could have seriously got hurt from their negligence. I called corporate to get reimbursed. I may take further action, as well.

This place is just horrible. Customer service is a zero. Had an appointment to get new tires put on. I came at 9:30 and it took them more than 5 hours to put on 4 tires. I spoke with the guy in the front about my concern and he didn’t seem to care at all. This place wasted my whole day I’m never coming back here.

Subject: Improper Reinstallation of Skid Plate After Oil Change
I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue following an oil change service at your location. On [October 20, 2024 Sunday], I had my Honda's oil changed at your shop. During the service, the skid plate was removed, as required. However, upon reinstallation, it was not properly secured.
Two days later, while pulling away from a traffic light, I heard a scraping noise and discovered the skid plate had fallen off. A quick review of YouTube tutorials confirmed that proper reinstallation is crucial to prevent this exact issue.
When I contacted your location to report the incident, I was met with defensiveness and unjust accusations of damaging the skid plate myself. I assure you, I was stationary at a red light and began rolling forward when the noise occurred, eliminating any possibility of external damage.
I request that your team takes full responsibility for the improper reinstallation and corrects the issue promptly. I will schedule a follow-up appointment at your earliest convenience.
Key details:
- Oil change service date: [October 20th, 2024. Sunday]
- Skid plate fell off two days later
- Initial contact with location resulted in defensiveness and incorrect accusations
- Request for proper reinstallation and resolution
I expect a professional and prompt resolution to this matter.

Beware....took car in for 4 tire purchase/replacement. Purchased 4 tires with additional alignment
Package deal. When questioned told by C. how long would it take...his answer about one hour. NOT true. Three and half hours later car was finished. They wanted/ or informed me my car needed an additional over 2 thousand plus servicing....Yada, yada, brakes, fluids etc.etc. what a wastw of my time. Have not been there in over 7 years. Now I know why I avoided this place.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Understaffed, poorly managed, overpriced. Completely frustrating. Other Firestone locations are great heading south. This location is like a bastard neglected child.

Do not take your vehicle here! Very inexperienced McDonalds rated mechanics! They messed up the entire job I paid for and left my car unsafe. Had to take it to a real mechanic to fix their mistakes. Messed up balancing tires, alignment (3 attempts), brakes not fitted properly and found 6 loose lug nuts. Also had to bleed the breaks myself and A LOT of air came out of the lines. Never again. Bottom barrel mechanics (can’t even call them mechanics but can’t use the word I want to on Google)

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! If I could give zero stars I would. I came in because one of my tires was leaking air, a previous plug repair done to the tire (not done by this location) was leaking and it was recommended I replace the tire. I agreed to having the tire replaced, fire stone changed the tire and I went on my way. Well two days later, the tire that was "replaced" was leaking again as my sensor went off, the sensor tells me which tire is low and it was the tire that was supposed to be replaced. Turns out they replaced my perfectly good tire on the opposite side that wasn't leaking with a new tire instead of the one with the leak. I brought my car back the same day I noticed the mishap, explained what happened and showed the receipt which even detailed which tire was supposed to be replaced and was told it would be taken care of. Two hours later I was told the car was good to go and given back my keys. I went out to my car to assess the tire and instead of making things right by replacing the tire that was supposed to be replaced, they did a shit plug job and you could even hear the air loudly hissing out of the plug. I had to go back in and make a fuss because I shouldn't be held responsible for their mistake in replacing the wrong tire. Finally they made it right but after spending hours at this place and having to cause a fuss it should have been done correctly from the beginning when the tire was first replaced. Right on the dash it even tells you which tire is low so the guy who moved the car into the well had to see which tire it was, it's not that hard. Rubbing salt into the wound the guy said the tire didn't need to be replaced in the first place. I don't know if they were trying to pull one over on me because I'm a woman and trying to take advantage but I'm never going to this location again and recommend you don't risk putting your car in their hands if they can't replace a correct tire or even plug a tire correctly. Beware!!!

1. The employees were standing around talking to their friends for most of the time.
2. The employees couldn't find all the casings and took hours to find the 4th casing despite the fact that their stock showed 7 in stocks.
3. It took over 4 hours for them to fit 4 new casings.
4. I had to take my car to another fitment center tre because 2 of the casings were leaking.
I will never fit your brand on any of my vehicles ever again.
