I had an outstanding experience at the Foot Locker on Sunrise Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale, thanks to Paul. He provided exceptional customer service—being incredibly patient, kind, and attentive throughout my visit. Even though the shoe I was searching for wasn’t available in the store, Paul went above and beyond to locate it for me. His professionalism and courteous demeanor were truly impressive. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about providing a great experience, and Paul exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend this store and want to thank Paul for his excellent service!

It's Footlocker at the end of the day. Employees seemed to not be bothered there were customers in the store. Went for shoes that said were available online, and they were not. We still found something else without assistance and then went online to make our actual purchase. Decent store, just not great.

Honestly when I walked in it was really busy and my first thought we it's gonna hell to get what I need. But my sales rep Leeza S. Was awesome. She got me all the sizes I need quickly and kept a beautiful on her face the whole time. I recommend when you go there to shop you ask for her. My daughter enjoys her Nikes. Thank you Leeza.

I have bought regularly in this store, I am Latino and those who have assisted me have been very friendly even though they do not speak Spanish.
Today a girl “Nathaly” who speaks Spanish was so rude, her tone was raised and very rude when she asked me for a size that she didn't take me
It bothers me that I didn't buy
We all have hard days at work.

Foot Locker has some really cool sports apparel that is not as expensive as other stores and brands. For example some of the Nike shirts are in the $20-50 range, compared to other name brand shirts that run close to $100. The staff here was a bit busy with other customers, so I did not get to interact with anyone specific as I was buying some items. It was easy to shop and easy to check out.

Ai acheté une paire de Jordan pour faire plaisir à ma fille de 10 ans pour sa rentrée. Trois semaines après je la retrouve en pleurs : v’la l’état des chaussures (photos ci-jointes). Retour à la boutique et là : « désolé on peut rien faire, c’est pas une usure naturelle. La paire a été frottée, ça se voit. » Ben oui c’est une paire de chaussures, en même temps. S’il faut la garder sous cloche… Vu le soin que ma fille y apportait et surtout… vu leur prix de 170€ c’est une HONTE. Quand en plus vous devez affronter la suffisance et le cynisme du soi-disant responsable de boutique qui vous explique en passant « qu’il faut pas acheter du Nike » c’en est trop… Alors comme ça vous vendez de la camelote et en plus, vous ne vous en cachez même pas ! Vous avez une haute idée de votre métier… C’est beau ça… Autre morceau choisi, pour la route : « Y a pas d’souci m’sieur, c’est pas moi qui ai dépensé 170€ » (!! ?) Comment une entreprise de renommée mondiale peut laisser de pareils hurluberlus parler en son nom… Foot locker ? PLUS JAMAIS ?

Samedi 02/09- pas beaucoup de client en magasin, vendeurs indisponibles qui sont pressés mais on ne sait pas pourquoi. Je demande des tailles (enfant et adulte) pour des air force- presque aucunes tailles de dispo- quand enfin une taille est la bonne, aucuns accompagnement pour la vente. Un employé en caisse pas plus, 4 clients qui attendent, ca donne juste envie de partir!
