Santos is the store manager and he did not even address me acting very mean to me talked down to me and is a racist. He said I was a cockroach and ignored me and smiled at everyone. Very direspectul

The customer service was terrible. You have two gen z-ers working here who lack basic communication/customer service skills. One kid was just on his phone in the corner offering no help. The girl we eventually found and asked for a size. Usually they’re supposed to welcome customers in and offer help for a size. She hands us our size while she’s talking on the phone. She doesn’t say a word when we check out. She rolls her eyes at the broccoli top head on his phone when I take my card out too soon. Stop hiring kids who were raised on iPads.

Never Going BackI first visited the Foot Locker store located at Coral Ridge Mall (FL) with my family with the intention of buying shoes for all. My husband asked a chubby girl, who was at the cash machine doing nothing, if she could assist. However, she indicated him to download the app while having a terrible actitude. We ended up leaving.Later that week, I went to another Foot Lococker location. This time at the Pompano Beach city center. There were two associates talking. None of them bothered to assist me. I asked the price of a pair of shoes I was holding to one of the employees who seemed to be exausted. He said the numbers, took the shoes from me and put them back without asking if wanted to buy them.At the end, I spend over $350 at the NIKE website. I understand that stores are strugguling to find quality employees. However, bad employees, as shown, are not the answer.

Friendly, helpful staff. I was in possession of an older gift card and unsure if it would still be active. Staff member was more than happy to check the status and assist with my granddaughters' school shoes.Win...win for all!

I would like to give a huge "Thank You" to the young lady that helped me today at Coral Ridge Foot Locker. I've worked in customer service most of my career and I can tell you that it isn't very often that I stop and really appreciate quality customer care. I believe her name was Toni, she is a young woman with green hair and a nose ring as well as being a different race than I am. (Shame on me), I judged her before she said hello and was 100% WRONG! She was patient, had amazing product knowledge, possessed the skill to make me feel special while also assisting other customers. I walked in the store determined to not buy anything, wasting time until my watch was repaired. This Beautiful woman even went as far as letting me try on the woman's version of the same shoe (+1.5 size) to assure I was comfortable in the shoe because I was going to order it from the Foot Locker website (out of stock in this store) I purchased 2 pairs of shoes plus the pair online and will continue to buy all my sneakers from Foot Locker as long as she works there. Keep up the great work, I hope that it rubs off on others. Thank you for renewing my faith in Exemplary Customer Service as well as opening my eyes to fact that people are people no matter our socioeconomic background. You are a GEM! I tried to return 5 shoes from an online order that didn't fit to this store today and let me just say that both employees that were at the register did nothing to help me. They looked at my items and order number and told me that they would not accept my return and that there was nothing they could do. They didn't even try, they just completely REFUSED. Don't go here they don't care about their customers. One of the employees name was Adam.

I am very disappointed in the lack of help that I received today while trying to return an online order. Adam looked at my order and order number and said that I needed to call customer service to do the return. Which isn't true, I was always able to order online and return in store if I needed to. Adam was very mean and didn't even try. I wouldn't recommend going here. It really felt like they didn't care about their customers.

We used to come here a few years ago and stopped but decided to give them another shot because it’s close to our house and I’m glad we did. This store has made a complete turnaround. The staff was so helpful and the manger was around talking to people. You can just see he cares and it shows in the store. We will be back again and again. Thank you guys for everything!

I lost my wallet in Foot Locker and didn't realize it until driving home. A customer had turned it in and I could not have been happier. We all know the feeling of loosing something that important. Thanks to everyone involved and Foot Locker I will shop with you more. Thanks again!!!?

Probably the worst store I ever visited. The staff is not helpful, period. I was looking at the Nikes and I had a few questions as there were a few I was interested. I called over a staffer to see if there was a particular shoe in my size. He checked and said no and as I started to ask another question he said that he'd give me time to look the shoes over and to let him know if I had any more questions while he was walking away. I called out and said "I DO have questions" but he ignored me. I then yelled that he was the laziest person I ever saw and left. I was planning on buying 2 pair, which I will. But not from Foot Locker!!

Went twice to buy a pair of shoes. I like Nike, but not the cashier at that store, called Maria. Very poor attention to costumer, very aggressive, both times I went. Not going again to that store, my purchase didn’t feel comfortable and pleasurable at all, I left the store with a very sour feeling, after she confronted to me when I told her she was very aggressive... not buying there anymore

Because I live in Delaware. My card # was used in a foot locker outlet in Florida for $235.40. I have not left the state of Delaware, especially since the Covid-19 started. I talked to someone in corporate. she stated that it wasn't there problem. They don't care about their consumers only the money they make from us.
