I ordered a gift set. After two failed attempts at delivery, I provided an alternate address and the arrangements were finally delivered. However, the chocolate did not accompany the flowers AND I ordered the Premium flowers and the recipient received the Deluxe flowers. I called and sent several emails for the chocolate to be delivered and to credit my cc for the overpayment. To date, I have not received a call back nor reply to my email.

I am being a little generous giving 4 stars but they did deliver on time and my friend is happy so I am grateful for that.. Unfortunately I am disappointed because I spent some time thinking of what to write in my friends card to cheer her up.. My message stated who it was from but they did not add that to her card. Finally today I saw that she posted online and I was able to tell her they came from me! I only care primarily because of the message but I also paid a good amount for these flowers so would expect it to be done the right way.. make sure you call them to make sure card is written how it is written online. I didn’t go over number of characters so figured it would be OK.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.Ordered a delivery for Valentine's Day on Feb 11th, received a confirmation but not delivered until the 15th!! The receipt card even shows Delivery 4/2023 - Tuesday. Their website says extended delivery on holidays 8a-8p, but went to the site today, the 15th, and announced they were CLOSED on Valentine's?? Gave instructions to call while enroute - NO CALL. Called the number on the website multiple times the evening of the 14th then the morning and afternoon of the 15th, no answer. It is a cell phone that will NOT CONNECT OR GO TO VOICEMAIL. There is not option to "contact" on their site either. Touts themselves as "local" and does not get the job done.

Terrible service. I live in NYC and ordered a birthday bouquet with next day delivery (in Oakland Park), marked "deliver before 12pm". The bouquet was not delivered. I called the office and the employee told me that "yes, the bouquet is still with them (at 1pm) since they had many funerals and the courier is in traffic and cannot pick up the bouquet for delivery from the store at time". What is most interesting, at the same time with a bouquet of flowers, I ordered a gift from New York and it arrived on time. You guys just don't respect your customers, you absolutely don't care about your customers. The most important thing for you is to raise a money. and I want to say that I ordered a bouquet of deluxe and paid more than $100 for it! Absolute disappointment and recommendation not to use your flower service. I think one star is more for you!And big update: with a bouquet I ordered a Teddy Bear and Happy birthday Balloon that cost $16.94 extra. And these two items were not delivered.Fort Lauderdale Florist you are cheaters!!!

Terrible company SCAM. I Ordered flowers for delivery on Mothers day they charged my card but never delivered anything. I tried to call them multiple times but the phone number seemed to be disconnected.DO NOT ORDER FROM THERE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

Flowers were supposed to be delivered yesterday for my mothers birthday. No delivery, no updates, zero communication. I received an email today stating the flowers were delivered today, they were not. No one answers the phone or responds to emails. I cannot reach anyone, this is the worst flower delivery experience I have ever had. Not only has this ruined the surprise for my mom, but it’s made the entire situation stressful for both of us. So much for trying to shop local.

Is the florist closed because of COVID? I ordered flowers online early yesterday morning to be delivered in the afternoon. I received a confirmation email, but the flowers have not yet been delivered. I called the two phone numbers in the email but neither number is working. I certainly understand if they are closed because of health reasons, but I want to cancel the order and I cannot do so because the phone numbers aren't working. If anyone knows the florist, perhaps you can let them know they have a problem with their online ordering system. It's working, but it appears the actual florist is not.

I couldn't be more pleased with the bouquet sent! I called in from NJ to send flowers to my niece in Fort Lauderdale. They got them out the following morning and the bouquet is gorgeous! I'm a floral designer myself and it's something I would have put together myself. Beautiful flowers, great service. Very very helpful and made gifting from 1300+ miles away super easy! God bless your business. PS always order designers choice. Trust your designers, and you'll get something fresh and beautiful.

This is unacceptable. I purchased the Passionate Purple Tulips (Premium) with a couple balloons for my Mother. These flowers alone were $112, but given the picture on the website I thought it was worth it. However I did not get what was in the picture, not even close. Not one thing was even similar to the picture on the website. The whole presentation from top to bottom was terrible, along with the missing ribbon given in the pictures. Please see attached pictures for a comparison of what I received vs. what I thought I was purchasing. Even the strings for the balloons were wrinkled. It almost looked like the flowers were rolling around the van that they got delivered in or something. Half-bloomed, half-bent flowers, stuffed into a vase. Everyone at our office was floored when they heard that these flowers/balloon set were $130. I called to complain and got nowhere.I have had flowers delivered so many times before with countless companies and never NEVER had a bad experience. This place is a joke. Hopefully I can save someone the hassle and disappointment.

Unimpressed by the flowers! Bought a deluxe bouquet for mothers day and the flowers looked awful and not as expected. The roses were old, crinkled and already going brown at the edges. I understand that sometimes flowers have to be substituted due to stock issues, however the quality of the substitutions does not match what I ordered. The bouquet was $80 but looked worse than a simple grocery shop bunch. I wanted to give my mother a lovely surprise but this bouquet was quite insulting. Surprised that the florist is willing to deliver such poor quality! Do not buy from here! They charge high prices but deliver the cheapest and smallest quantity of stems they can. Nothing like the photos. I wish I had checked the reviews.

I am so disappointed. The flowers I ordered and the flowers they delivered are not even close to the same quality. I really wanted the flowers to be amazing so I ordered directly from a local company. I hope this review saves someone else from being disappointed. The first picture is what I ordered. The second is what they delivered. Oh! And they advertise free delivery but ask for $10 to help support local florist. It is hard to support local business when the product they offer is sub-par.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. There's a reason for the millions of 1-star reviews here.I ordered the Passionate Purple Tulips Premium (30 flowers) size and a Mothers Day balloon for Mother's Day. What was delivered was the a pretty sad looking standard (10 tulips) size pink tulip arrangement. I called the following day to ask for a refund...and they don't offer refunds. I'd imagine they would be out of business at this rate if they did. They offered to replace, which I accepted. This time we got only 20 Purple tulips and a regular looking green balloon. Again, not what I ordered.Waste of money and effort. Should have just gone to Publix.

Wish i could give this business a negative star. Ordered flowers for a birthday dinner and got an email saying that the flowers will be at this Location. Went to the address that was provided in the email and noticed the business was locked up. Drove down to the other address in the email and the location was now a restaurant. Called the number provided more that 50 TIMES!!! Sat outside the location and wrote multiple emails and NOTHING. So lucky i was able to call another Florist and have Roses put together last minute for me. Got an email this morning saying "If you checked the previous email, i gave the location were the flowers were gonna be"... LOL The address i sat outside for 30+ mins and nobody came to the door. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Such a fuc*ing JOKE.
