We travel often from Los Angeles to Fort Lauderdale and started using Fox Car Rental instead of Herz or AVIS because it’s run like a family business and the people are wonderful shout out to Rochelle who always makes us feel special and takes great care of us. Thank you, Fox.!

I have been a repeat client of Fox at the Fort Lauderdale airport and various other locations across the country NV, CO, etc. and it’s been a pleasure every time. They are quick, easy, and a pleasure to rent from. So far I’ve checked in at the counter with Giovanna, Richard, and Jonathan and each one of them has made it a great experience. Definitely will continue to use Fox. FOX to the World!!

with everything happening with the government shut downs we chose not to rent a car ahead of time and wait till we were sure our plane would actually be taking off. most of the counters were out of cars or only had cars available at crazy rates. we finally found a good deal through Fox and we made our way to the counter. Naz, the agent at the counter, was so friendly and helpful. he was able to add on the sun pass and upgrade our car to help make the most of our trip this weekend. kudos to Naz for making the best of a bad situation and helping us out when we were seriously stressed.

AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COST !!!!!! Let me first say I purchased through Expedia. I came to them the day I landed and was told I still needed to give a $250 deposit. Because I had no choice although this wasn’t explained to me prior signed a few documents which not only stated I would receive my full refund but I was told by the representative at the counter I would. I returned the car in the same condition as well as dropped off early (due to my flight). And still was told I will receive by FULL REFUND in 3-5business days. Needless to say they sent me a partial refund and stated that’s their policy. BULL CRAP !!!!!it does not say that in the documents and the rep definitely told me it was a full refund. I sent the information to my bank and my bank reversed the charges and gave me the other part of my refund (since they sent me partial back- my bank was going to do the FULL refund but I only asked them to reverse partial) . If you don’t mind wasting money and being scammed then definitely choose them … otherwise avoid this place at all cost

Don’t rent from them- a hundred hidden fees when you get there, also the car we got had a lot of scratches. The lady who we talked to when we picked up the car was rude and sounded like she was chewing gum during our conversation… only gave 2 stars because when we dropped off the car the guy was really nice

My wife booked this through Priceline. Check in was easy. We found the car. It was a little Nissan Versa. I was a little nervous, but it all worked out. We needed a cheap ride from Ft. Lauderdale to Orlando.

These guys are Thieves !!! I wish I would have read the reviews before renting. They'll coerce you into buying the toll charge pkg by scaring you that it'll be 15 dollars administration fee for every single toll charge that occurs. Then the gas prepay displayed clearly said that if the car is not returned with full gas their fuel price is 4.19/gallon otherwise 2.91/gallon. Yet they charged me 9.49/gallon. They are theives. My 39 dollar/day rental ended up costing me twice the amount with all their extra tack on charges. Will never be using them again. Not to mention it took 50 mins standaing in line to get a car.

Car was great, but person at the counter told me incorrect information so I was charged $40 more than expected. Customer service was no help.
Edit: Removing another star because I was asked to reach out for support and when I did, the response was unhelpful and did not acknowledge the issue with incorrect information on the part of staff.

Check in was smooth and picking up car was even smoother. The compact car we had ran nice but wasn't too new. The car had about 17,000 miles on it. I would rent from FOX again.

Very cheap rental rates offered together with flights. Cars were in excellent condition. Very easy to pick up and return within the airport

Price seems low , but they want u to pay insurance and don’t accept your personal car insurance ! Wait is terrible
