Went to buy 2 x $20 Steam gift cards. I paid $40 by credit card but they couldn't activate the gift card, so they refunded me. I used a different credit card and the same issue: $40 was taken out of my account but they still couldn't activate the gift card. The employee said I was refunded. In a last ditch attempt amidst unhappy customer waiting in-line and absolutely no help from the employee visibly frustrated wanting for me to fade away, I took a new set of gift cards, and went through the same process. Same issue: $40 paid and the employee said I was refunded again. Moral of the story - $80 paid, no gift cards, no help. I used to buy Roblox cards monthly for my child, then they changed the rewards without notification for which we had paid a membership for. Avoid this place.

Solid Gamestop all the others I've been to around. They have a pretty good selection of anime figures. Staff is nice and knowledgeable about their promos.

I've been sitting in the parking lot for about 30 minutes I see a sign on the door that says break be back in 30 minutes and no one still having arrived this is unacceptable there should be two employees in the store at all times you have at least five customers sitting out here including myself that's waiting to get out this is so unprofessional

Went online to look at Xbox controllers found the one I want it said $45 went there they charged me $70 I showed the website to the clerk she told me that management hasn't changed the website. This wasn't the first time this happened at a GameSpot so I won't be spending any more money at gamestop

Yesterday I was put in handcuffs and racially profiled by a male by the name of Fabian. We went in to trade in phones and he called the police due to an error on his end instead of informing us of the issue. We were greeted by 2 police officers that were extremely kinda and understanding, they explained everything to us and informed us that Fabian saw the error and chose to do the unprofessional thing and call 911 opposed to telling the customer and carrying on with his day. It was extremely humiliating to say the least, thank god for the awesome cops that showed up because it could easily turned out bad.

Any chance it opens at 9am? We work on a cruise ship and we don't have time to go out! Whenever we arrive at the port, we don't have time to visit the store.I already stayed at the door waiting to see if someone arrived earlier, but I was unlucky and had to leave before 10am :(
