I must admit that I was scared and desperate because the mistake was mine. The store was about to close and Jessica was making her final preparations to go on vacation. Jessica went the extra mile and worked with me until she could help me fix my mistake. From sending me photos of the designs and color so that I could appreciate it better and choose the one I liked the most. I have purchased from this store before and the swimsuits I have purchased are of exceptional quality, exceeding my expectations in terms of materials and design. “Hudson News is usually my go to for airport gift shops and snacks spot. We got breakfast and coffee at Sergio's and Intercoastal News was located across from Sergio's so we checked it out.You will find Intercoastal News at Terminal 1 after passing through security. They have the usual snacks, food, drinks, books, newspapers, candy, neck pillows, and then some. You'll pay an arm and a leg for anything at the airport. Everything is expensive at these spots. Hence convenience stores and gift shops. It's a super clean spot and customer service is good.”
“I tried to make a surprise happen for a loved ones Birthday sending an arrangement to his shop. Ordered first thing this morning and everything was going without any problems. Then I got the email that the delivery driver was 3 stops away. I sent a message to the recipient he was away from the office and wasn't getting a response. I hoped he would be back in time and he was too far away to receive the delivery. The delivery driver Crystal called me and asked me how to get in touch with the recipient. I explained the scenario and asked if I could call the attached business to receive the arrangement and call her back. I call and had it all handled. Unfortunately traffic in Ft. Lauderdale can get super crazy and even though Crystal was a couple minutes late the other business packed up and went home. So Crystal calls me to offer deliver for tomorrow before noon. I accepted that while still trying to contact the recipient. A few minutes go by and Eva calls me from the store and offered me the best news to fulfill this order and I was so incredibly impressed. She spoke with the recipient and he told her when he would be back to the business and they scheduled for an UBER to deliver the Birthday present. This is a level of customer service that is almost unheard of these days. I was happy beyond tears. My loved one got his treat and I couldn't be more impressed and just absolutely thankful for the service of going above and beyond. Thank you Crystal and Eva for making this a special treat.”
