I really like this location. They are always stocked and Marco is knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. GNC is my go-to supplement shop and the Pro Membership pretty much pays for itself. I also like how they are introducing new brands all the time. Highly recommend!

This GNC has great staff. Helpful and knowledgeable. I went in to check on some supplements and other GNC branded products. The gentleman working there was able to answer all my questions and also compared many of the GNC products to competitor's brands. It has been said that most people can benefit from vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and other supplements to help their bodies function at their highest potential, so stopping at this GNC and getting information and choices is a good way to get answers.

Highly recommend going to this location. I went there today and the man that helped me. Was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable asking him questions . The Membership are optional but easy to sign up. Prices are amazing and affordable.

Repeated issues with this location - cancelled orders without issuing a refund, missing items from orders placed for delivery (when purchased the Buy 1, Get One 50% off, they only ship the one item), not honoring promotions unless I explicitly ask/remind the associate, etc. If there is a Safety & Loss Prevention team, they should look at the team here. The consistency of issues (4/4 last orders, in person and online) is too extreme to be benign incompetence.

I've given this place a chance three times already. constantly spoiled bars. next to it there is a publix with a large selection of sports sweets and always fresh. And they are much cheaper than here! save your time and money

Great customer service. Mark Anthony helped me find exactly what I needed and helped me save money. My doctor suggested some products I should try and Mark Anthony knew what I needed. He was insightful and considerate of my needs.

I’m sorry but either update your times or tell your staff. Closed door with visible staff, no posted notices anywhere. (sometimes they go on break, understandable) what is not understandable is the “I’m going to ignore you” attitude. I get you may be on break but a single hand gesture would have sufficed… seems to be the only GNC with that kind of service because elsewhere (other locations) they treat people with basic respect. Happy new year though!!!

Placed a store pickup order online on 1/3. Received an email on 1/6 that my order was cancelled. Order email confirmation specifically states 5 days to pick up from date of order which would be 1/8. Called store and rude associate Matt tried making excuses that "corporate" told him to cancel it. Called GNC customer service and they confirmed that the store cancelled it, not corporate. They are liars and do not deserve business. I will go out of my way to purchase from different GNC locations.

Customer Service was not very good, enthusiam to answer my question towards a product was lacking knowledge and associate was acting like they didnt care. I shop at GNC often and rely on their knowledge and this associate definitley shouldnt be working behind the counter with their attitude.

So I’m taking the time to write I review because I’m so annoyed with this place. I tried to get my supplements three times in the last week and I couldn’t. The first time I went in the system was down. The second time I read on google that the franchise closes at 7 but when I got there it was already closed before 7. And the last time, the system was down again. All this in a period of a week. How can you be so useless and not change the system or do something about it. Anyways, as you don’t care about your business, neither do I. I’ll never come back again.
