The quality does not justify the prices. There’s no difference between a well selected Costco prime steak and theirs. If you know what you’re doing and you use good quality wood and spices, you’ll save 80%. Same thing applies for the brisket. I am looking for the “wow” factor. Didn’t find it here!

I haven't bought from them, my experience is strictly with their unwillingness to answer a simple question. This question has been asked by several individuals, you can see it by browsing questions on their website. The answer is always the same and sounds very elusive. For example, below is a question from 11/20/2022 with the answer that follows:Q: What is the total weight of this order for $580A: Hi,Here are the weights per size:Weight 1/2" Thick: 12 - 16 oz avg Steak.Weight 1" Thick: 20 - 24 oz avg Steak.Thank you.What does the thickness and steak weight have to do with a question about slab weight? Maybe I am stupid and missing something but, wouldn't it be simpler to just give the weight?

I’ve been shopping off and on with Grand Western for almost two years now. I’ve never once had a problem. Their Wagyu selection is amazing and customer service is to die for. I will return again and again!

I ordered Kobe beef. It was sent to me ground 2 days along with other items. It was not the size and quality I expected. I called, and sent it back the next day per instructions. I received it on a Tuesday and they received it back that Friday. I received a call informing me the steak had been received. Two weeks later I called about the status of my refund. I was told a request would be put in for the refund. I contacted them again 4 days later about my refund status and was asked for the tracking number. I was later told I could not get a refund because the steak arrived back to them spoiled and they know this because the size of the package on my shipping statement is smaller than the package they sent so it could not have contained dry ice and I sent it two day ground. I received 3 boxes in the container from them, which contained chicken and it was sent to me two day ground. I only sent back a 6-8oz steak with a smaller dry ice. During all of my previous communications with them, including the call stating they had received the steak, nothing was said about the steak being spoiled until after I kept requesting my refund. They have stopped communicating me and I am out of the $300 I paid for an 6-8oz steak I don't even have. I don't have $300 to give away and would have felt better if they had offered me a credit or something.

Grand Western is a fantastic meat processor. Top of the line Beef as well as Chicken. Very clean, very organized and USDA inspected. Not a better location to buy from in South Florida.

Beware of Scam.Went there for delivery. Once delivery done guy come over to give paperwork. Was asking for money $80 lumper fee. I said ok, I will call my dispatch to check. He said no don't call give me cash .. I said what.. but why..I don't have cash, I have to get cheque from company. Then he said don't worry leave it.Other thing is there are only 2 docks and have to backup from street and it's too tight place.

Place is great. Had a problem with my order, was a typo on their part. Called them and asked about it and they said oh no. They said it was their mistake and will honor the typo and sent the remaining free steaks. Far as quality, off the charts cut of meat. I will be ordering again for sure.

Purchased 4 of the tomahawk Ribeyes for 350 dollers and they tasted like a steak I could of purchased from Publix!!! So disappointing ?. Oh and yes I know how to prepare a steak before grilling! And yes I know how to grill!
