Horrible will never come back customer service 0000000000% quality of items cheap and is not worth the price it’s like they make their products out of paper there clothes everything is just bad. They tried to charge me 60 to design my business card when I already had it designed and then I asked for a refund and there exact words we’re “No. It’s artwork provided. We are just printing whatever you provide.” When you see a place with 2.4 reviews best option is to find another option this is so embarrassing to have more bad reviews then good just an disappointment.

Horrible experience I don’t recommend this company!
I had over 100 shirts made for my grandma funeral and I’m sure the owner misspelled the name wrong and refuse to take any responsibility

Horrible place bad management. Do not go here . My family spent over 600 dollars on shirts for my grandmother funeral and we gave them the correct everything. They misspelled here name ao since we approved the design now it's our fault we didn't check the name . No we shoulder have to check the name . As a paying customer it should've been right . So do not go here. We're not the only ppl who's shirts have been doing incorrectly. Bad business and cheap shirts. Owner is a disgrace do not do business at this place . Please read these reviews. This place should be shut down .I've got proof and on this paper bottom left corner is the name and it's spelled right. Shirfs very cheap . We must not spend our money with these people at the swap shop .. we paid for 50 plus shirts they told us atleast a day to pick up. They finished in 2 hours so you know they fasted did a horrible job with the misspelling

I had an unpleasant experience with what seemed to be the owner. He was quite rude and unwelcoming. Their pricing and turnaround times for different shirt options are not clearly advertised. I needed shirts by Saturday and placed an order on Thursday around 1 PM. He told me they wouldn't be ready for pickup until the following Tuesday because they outsource the production. I suggested they should be more transparent about their products and timelines, but he told me I should have planned better as a businessperson. I left and went to a nearby place with on-site equipment, where I received much better service.
Thank you for your response. I appreciate the clarification on your ordering process and understand that custom orders can vary in time based on the specifics and volume. However, my experience left me feeling disappointed and unwelcome, which prompted my review.
I understand the challenges of managing orders, especially with outsourced items. Clear communication about these time constraints and the specific cut-off times for orders would be very helpful for customers. My intention was not to be rude but to express my frustration regarding the lack of clarity. You stating that I came in rude and I’m having a bad day is absurd and very unprofessional for you to verbalize when it’s far from the truth. Especially being my event is Saturday at 6pm. And only 4 shirts requested. You lack comprehension & details. based on the reviews seems you don’t do great business. & I’m glad I was able to find A more professional business to handle my order.

I had a disappointing experience with this printing company. The print quality was subpar, and the customer service left much to be desired. I wouldn't recommend them based on my unsatisfactory encounter.

Let me start by saying that every review isn't always bad, most of the time we are angry and upset see we figure we want to write that person up although I did give a 1 star review because my shirt wasn't done properly but rather than me text the owner or person about my problem I did go on review 1st, the owner replied to my review and I went back to the place so they can fix the issue which he did, I should have done that first, and on top of that I ordered another shirt. Just want to say thank you to the owner in resolving my issue and for that you deserve a 5 star and I look forward to doing more business with you, thank you

November 26th 2023. I ordered a size medium shirt with my logo. They did not trim the design for a professional look. In addition the medium shirt fits like a size large. I dislike the shirt size?. I never heard of Port & Company cotton shirt company. I was told no refunds or revisions. Eventhough they knew the sizes ran bigger than normal. ? They buy these poor quality cotton shirts very cheap and charge customers $$. Also the customer service need much improvement. If you need something last minute and not professionally done. Purchase at your own RISK and don't complain later.

I went to them for my baby first party ! And they absolutely RIPPED THE SHIRTS??? and it didn’t take long at all ! The desgin didn’t come off when I washed it and the shirts didn’t shrink! I would definitely recommend them

Graphic Advertising is highly recommended they are super nice and fast I get me and my kids shirts made from they every event I have shirts come out nice and clear I give them a 10/10 everytime

I used them twice for custom photo t-shirts. A total of 7 shirts and I was pleased with the process and product each time. The poor reviews from years ago do not reflect the service or products I received.

The service here is beyond disgusting. They require you to pay the full price of a service before they allow you to see a rough draft of what your paying for. So I asked is it possible I can put down a deposit so that if I don't like what you all create I can either ask for revisions or just go some place else. So the guys response was in order to do anything you must pay in full. So I said we'll what if I'm unhappy with the design he proceeds to say fist thing is you need to calm down this is just the way it is. I politely hung my phone up and decided to never ever in this life or after come to this place for business. I'd much rather let a kindergarten class make my business cards before I ever give them another dime of my money to this company. Worse freaking service ever. I highly suggest anyone who desires good service along with a great price to visit Xpress color located near 31 Ave and Oakland park in Fort Lauderdale. I have used them for many years. I only came here because of the one day service they claim to provide but I'll wait the 2 days for Xpress Color now.
