It used to be great going there! You never knew what treasure you would find. Now they are WAY overpriced and it just isn't the same.

Over priced for USED goods. Would end up buying things new, I have never seen prices so high for things that have no warranty and aren't "guaranteed" to work.

Habitat Restore of Broward is a hidden gem for bargain hunters and DIY enthusiasts! I was pleasantly surprised by the wide selection of furniture, appliances, and home goods at incredibly affordable prices. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my shopping experience a pleasure. Whether you’re looking to spruce up your home or find unique, one-of-a-kind items, this thrift store is a must-visit. Plus, it’s all for a good cause, supporting Habitat for Humanity’s mission. Highly recommended!

I was donating a 12 month old sofa in great condition and planning the pickup was uninformative at best. When the drivers came to pick it up they couldn’t take it because “it had pet hairs on it”…We’re literally talking about a couch I vacuumed the night before pickup (because we have a dog), but apparently Habitat for Humanity doesn’t even do a final vacuum in their facility before it hits the sales floor so they couldn’t take it.I understand the policy, but we’re now throwing out a perfectly nice sofa because of this policy.Last time I try to donate and I wouldn’t feel safe buying anything from the store if they don’t even clean it one final time… Could literally be furniture out of a meth lab - as long as they don’t have a dog…

The store is a great resource for one of a kind new and used items If you're looking for interior furniture, Recently, I bought a brand new lazy boy. In the softest leather. it was two fifty. After citizen discount and an extra 30 percent New furniture discount yeah that piece went to my dad! they also have paint supplies , lighting. Very happy to find hardware for cabinets. I've been there the last 3 days. Trying to put things together, It's a charity foundation, so it's donations are from either manufacturers like City Furniture as an example or private inviduals. The staff is Very friendly, and some staf will deliver your purchase privately, you pay them.

I just left this location and they are lucky I have to even give them a one star. Staff there is completely rude and unprofessional. From the lady sitting at the front desk looking MISERABLE, to the man that came to the back at 5:55 yelling at customers threatening to turn off the lights if they didn’t leave immediately. He said “even if you try to purchase anything we will turn off the lights and lock the door” and I’m pretty sure there is camera footage. Then goes to the Spanish family that was also in the process of gathering their things and started mocking them in Spanish. They spoke English perfectly fine. As a Hispanic women I felt extremely disrespected and disgusted that a grown man is conducting himself like that. He needs to be addressed, this location definitely just lost a loyal customer.

Habitat for Humanity restore should be ashamed of themselves….. these store were meant for people who couldn’t afford expensive stuff. These prices are out of this world expensive. Higher than new furniture. Taking advantage of people!!

Great store. Clean, organized, kind staff and lots of products (furniture, light fixtures, construction materials, etc.).

It had been over five years since I'd visited. A lot has changed and all for the good. The place is super clean and organized and as always, they have great stuff. My wife and I came there looking for a sideboard or buffet and found a gem. We got an incredible deal and they even helped load it in my SUV. If you're looking for new or used furniture and fixtures and would love your money to go to a good cause instead of a corporation's bank account. I would highly recommend this place.

Why is everything so expensive for used furniture? Might as well buy new.
