I would like to thank the staff and doctors at Heroes Spay & Neuter Clinic. For taking great care of MeMe over the past 10 years. I Thank you for being so kind to me in my hour of need, when I had to let my baby go today. March 9, 2022. May she rest in the arms of our Lord and Savior. I'm going to really miss her, but the doctor knew it was best for her. Now my baby MeMe don't have to suffer any more. Thanks Heroes, you all are super troopers. I will recommend others to come and visit and check with your staff, your the greatest, even though my heart is breaking. Your staff showed my family and I. Excellent service. Miss Carrie Robinson

After 3 rounds of antibiotics at Arbor pet hospital with no culture taken, I decided to go to heroes. I made an appointment and 2 days later they left me a message saying they wouldn't see my dog due to the notes from Arbor. Took 24 more hours to get my dog into another veterinarian. My dog is having his toe amputated today. Thank you for your HORRIFIC care Arbor and Heros. Shame on you both.

Worst vet in all of Florida. Fresh people at desk. Not nice unprofessional all across the board.

Such a great place. I have been taking my dog here for 3 years, getting her regular check ups, shots, got her spayed here. Their rates are reasonable, and everyone is so friendly here. It is always a pleasure to visit, my dog doesn't even get stressed when we go. Love the fact that they send reminders when it's time for shots. Highly recommend!

Not sure what happened, but Heroes has gone down hill tremendously. The front desk staff is CLUELESS (they must change staff every month). I waited 20 minutes to purchase dog food and waited another 5 minutes to pay. While I was waiting, a little dog came in trembling and his tongue was hanging out of its mouth. The dog's owners were hysterical crying and the front desk girls were just talking on the phone and didn't do anything. I went over to assist the customer, but she didn't speak English. Thank God a tech came from the back and got the dog!!! The doctors are awesome, but management is a HOT MESS! They are taking walk ins for new patients and having them wait 2-3 hours. WHY? They are making their existing customers wait for an appointment for weeks. Makes no sense! After what I witnessed in the lobby, I'm taking my pet elsewhere. You can tell the poor techs are overworked and are exhausted!

After ,aking me wait 6 weeks for an appt, the staff told me I did not even have an appt and they had called the wrong number for confimation. They had a walk in vet to see my elderly rescue but required an additionial $70 as a walk in fee. No courtesy or caring for my pet at all. They even refused to give me any doggie tranquilizers for my 3 dogs for July 4th and they become terrified. They have just lost my business and I have 3 large dogs plus all of the rescue dogs I pull from local shelters. This is not the first time tjhere have been these problems there. They have 5 vets on staff, there should not be these scheduling issues. My time is valuable and the stress it causes my pets to get to the vet should be taken into consideration when refusing a visit due to their inefficiency and then trying tpo profit off it like that... TSK TSK. There are too many vets here in Ft. Lauderdale to deal with that nonsense.

The staff was caring and clear and treating my dog. Only issues was the Long wait for walk ins

Horrible place and they make u wait hours and hours even with appointment. The front desk girls judge dogs by the look so if they don't like the dog, they put you on a special room to fill out a single paper and wait 20 minutes while she is surfing the internet. Never again

So I have taken both my cats and my dog here. Unfortunately my pup was diagnosed with bone cancer, but even before we could diagnose him based on X-rays his bone was deteriorating and they recommended amputation. I didn't know what to do. We ended up going through with it. Dr. G and Veronica are awesome. Very great communication throughout the process. Veronica was very knowledgeable when I used to call in and always followed up. Would recommend to anybody.

Heroes used to be very good, but since COVID-19 There service and there attitude stinks. The vet Refuses to talk to customers when you leave Phone message if have concern about dog or cat. You can only talk to technician who than relays Message to vet. Unless you want to play telephone tag where cannot talk to vet personally I don't recommend this vet. I left!!!!
