The worst service in the world. The car smells like weed and was out of gasoline despite having rented it with gasoline. When we asked to change the vehicle, they didn't want to help us either. These are some of the reasons why rental cars are losing market and other start-ups like Turo are gaining ground. We chose Heartz thinking that the service would be better but clearly we were wrong, they are no longer up to the standard they knew to be.

We reserved a car paid everything we had to pay. Get to the gate they ask for 200$ to hold that we did not expect and their a 1 day process before the money is available on my credit. Trash never again doing this. Why would yall wait until we get to the gate to ask for 200$ whats wrong with you people.

Very poor experience here traveling with my family of six. Our flight was delayed. Didn't know that this counter also closes at 2AM. After we landed we went to pick a van and realized no one was at the gate to allow us to exit. There were THREE families in this predicament. Terrell (porter) was great and tried to find someone via phone who could check us out but could not.We ended up waiting until 4AM for an agent to come in who could check us out.My rental was a Minivan, I was in a white Odyssey. Got to the gate and after several minutes the gate agent said I could not rent this van because it was NOT in their system? Huh, it was in their lot. I was very disappointed and upset at this point due to having to wait 2.5 hours for anyone to show up.The agent called a porter and they found another minivan (brown Odyssey) that was in the system so we transferred our bags and passengers to another van at the exit gate.Very disappointed. I was a regular customer of Hertz years ago before their leadership teams in Senior Management screwed it up. I recently returned to give them another shot. Not impressed. No fault of the front line associates but leaders who don't plan around customer service, especially after hours.

I have been renting weekly from here, and usually get to pick the car. Today I was told which car and whatever, but they have a seal on the door, that it's "cleaned and sanitized". Well you judge from the pictures, it looks like ashes and definitely I would not call that cleaned. To bad I found out after I left the garage and got into the sunlight. Then after the car baked in the sun, I think it's aroma of weed. Oh well too late and to busy to go back and deal with BS to change cars.

So far in line for 45 minutes for 11 am rental. Only two agents on when you know you have 100 reservations at the same time ??? 8 desks and 2 agents. I hope it is an easier process returning.

Terrible. Wait in line for hour and a half. Only 2 agents for hundreds of customers. Absolutely horrible
