We rented a car from FLL airport. I had to go over 4 cars in the parking lot to find a decent car. Unfortunatly, as soon as I left the parking lot, I started to hear a noise in the front end of the vehicule (and the car started to smell cigarette). We had a very long trip behind us so we decided to drive to the hotel a few miles away first to get some sleep. On the morning, I woke to a flat tire.I called Hertz and and was billed $112.68. The tire just needed some air.We eventually brought the vehicule back a day earlier as we did not felt confident to drive this vehicule anymore.I am president circle, I will match my status to another rental agency and will say good bye to HertzReply to Hertz answered: you are asking me to go to Facebook messenger to solve this problem... I think you can do better!

Maps wrongly brought me to the 1st fl(via 818/perimeter Rd) no entrance. Stay on hiway, follow signs. Good but made it sound as if the lower insurance choice was included, No, lucky I caught it. Use your own, if applicable.

05/07- The 2 ? is for Estevan, who helped me. When I went to Saim and Maria they were on their phones. They looked put out by me. Neither one looked up to help me, and when they did it was to tell me to go to the other line. I didn't get a chance to tell them I am a Gold member.Estevan was helping customers and he was friendly. The first thing he told me was that I was Gold, and could have gone to the side. I told him they were unprofessional. He said they were management.If Hertz is paying managers to sit and play on their phones then I want to make sure everyone knows what to expect when you rent from them.I came with a group who all booked with "E" and had a good experience. I'm a 30 day rental that won't use Hertz again.

Reserved a “guaranteed” car. Got 3 confirmation emails. When I arrived they said the previous renter didn’t return it. Wouldn’t they call to then tell me this? How hard is that to do? I was told “thing happen”. Outstanding customer service thank you Hertz. I love the guarantee ???

they used deceptive practices to include insurance services I did not want When I realized it was in the contract , they wouldnt reverse the charges because they said I signed for it The insurance they sold me was more than the daily rental charge Do not use this branch

The people at the desk told us we could extend our rental and found out later on that we could not. This was a huge inconvenience to us and for our vacation. How do you not know your own policies? Not only that but when we tried to get someone to help us over the phone it took two hours to get an actual person to answer. It went straight to their corporate “calling center” and when they tried to connect us to the FLL Hertz it went straight to voicemail multiple times. Extremely unprofessional and honestly ruined a whole day of our vacation. Would rent somewhere else where they have a better handle on their business.
