Don’t visit this location, poor customer service . They will have a line of customers and two people on the register playing, laughing and talking. This is my Second time with this experience . Had to leave my items and not purchase .

I had the worst experience ever at H&M. While was in the fitting room, the employee responsible, whose name is Ariona, was absolutely horrible. Her attitude was beyond unprofessional, and from my perspective, the service was disgraceful.
To make matters worse, she overheard me speaking Hebrew and treated me completely differently from other customers. It was clear that her behavior was discriminatory, and I was shocked and deeply hurt. Discrimination like this is unacceptable, especially in a brand that serves such a diverse audience.
This experience was so upsetting that I will never shop at H&M again. It’s shameful to encounter this kind of treatment, and it’s clear that this location needs serious training in customer service and equal treatment for all.

Very bad attention today, January 3, H&M sawgrass. Only small bags, I packed a jacket and the boy rolled it up in bad taste.

Horrible customer service. Even if you ask the managers for help they wont help you. Items appear on the system to be available and the manager would simply ignore it and lie to you saying that theyre out of stuck because they dont want to go look for it. If you have the time to shop online or look for another store i would recommend you to do it. Dont waste your time with this people.

Cashiers just talk and gossip at the registers while customers are in front of them trying to check out. Heard a whole conversation between cashiers about a customer. Also the item I was purchasing was ringing up a different price than what was on the tag. Cashier refused to offer the price it was clearly marked on the tag for the item. Asked if he could bring a manager and the excuse was that managers can’t change any prices of items.

During a recent visit to the H&M store at Sawgrass Mills, I had a wonderful shopping experience. I initially stopped by to pick up some essentials like socks and underwear. The store was well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed. The selection was impressive, with a variety of styles and sizes to choose from. The quality of the products was top-notch, as always with H&M.
What made this visit truly special was finding a charming little teddy bear that I knew would be perfect for Steven Spielberg, my adorable dog. The plush toy section had a great variety, and the teddy bear
