Terrible experience! I received Christmas gifts, but unfortunately, the clothes were too small. I tried to exchange them for the first time, but they always found an excuse not to process the exchange. They asked me for the credit card details, even though I received the items as a gift—it makes no sense for me to ask the gift giver for their credit card information!
After two months, I finally got the card details and tried again, only to be told that the exchange period had expired and there was nothing they could do for me. Then, I tried to exchange a pair of pajamas I received just two weeks ago, and the attendant asked for the gift giver’s email and phone number. I tried providing the phone number, but I have no idea about the email—after all, it was a gift.
So once again, I was unable to make an exchange. I will never shop at this store again and would not recommend it to anyone!
Obs: I left the products for the store to resell, so consider them a gift!

HM AT SUNRISE MALL FITTING ROOM
The girl working in the fitting room around 11 AM to 12 PM last Sunday, Oct 13th was very rude, I didn't know that you could go straight to the room and try your clothes. I said it is my first time here so how do I know it? When I left the room I hung up the dress and she yell at me wrong place, etc with attitude. I spoke with the manager and gave up, the girl was looking at the ceiling instead my face and so on ...it was my first time at HM and last time for sure.

This is by far the best H&M I’ve been to when I say the store is so organized and they have everything you could ever need to get dressed for any occasion. I literally saw every color scheme that I could imagine. They had great outfits from top to bottom for men, children and women. I can’t wait for my next visit.
