My contractor accidentally threw out my cable box when building a niche for my TV. My account manager Jaquelyn Concepcion was extremely helpful in promptly sending tech support to replace the cable box, and the best part, Hotwire did it out of the goodness of their heart for being a long-time customer in good standing

Constantly down, my TV boxes never work, out of internet 2 days for an outage. And they say no credit because I don't get a bill because it's paid through my HOA. Almost as bad as Xfinity!UPDATE! No one showed for my appt, so when I called, they just rescheduled it for later without telling me! Purely repulsive company!

Horrible service. Internet connection cuts out continuously throughout the day and representatives do nothing about it despite numerous emails and calls. Even though calls are so called recorded, the next rep never seems to have any idea or notes of previous calls.

Unstable internet connection. Forced by our HOA to use this internet service provider and the connection and customer service is terrible. Internet goes out more than twice a week during work hours. If you are a work from home employee, better find an alternative internet connection because this is going to die on you at any point.

We have recently swithced all our services from AT&T to Hot Wire. Account Manager Christa Duperval oversaw the complicated transfer. She did a wonderful job. She responded immediately to any text, email or call. Christa made the whole experience work smoothly. Thanks, Christa.

Hotwire must be one of the worst companies in this local area. I am a new business customer to Hotwire I’ve called them since my phone service got started 9 to 10 times to complain about my phone service each time they say they’re gonna send a technician over it it’s been three months And I haven’t seen one technician even after I continuously call them once a week. I’ve asked to speak to a supervisor eight times they’ve put me on priority and I’ve never received a call back from a supervisor that’s because they don’t care they get paid where you have service or not , if they were getting paid on commission, I could almost assure you that they would’ve taken care of my situation. Horrible Service find someone else but not Hotwire.

Worst costumer service experience! Everything is automated and no answers any questions. Everyday is a new outage or a new problem with this service! You call them they say to use the live chat! You use the live chat and it’s pointless because they say to contact customer service! It’s all a huge game for them. I would never recommend this service to anyone! Terrible!

I would like to thank Elliot (service tech) for setting up our new remote control today. He was an absolute pleasure.I would also like to thank Tony (customer service). Our multi-room DVR service stopped working and he fixed it immediately. Just a great job.Great people; great service. Christa Duperval is the Account Manager for our Miramar Condo Association. I'm the president of the Board so I work with her a lot. From the minute I met her, I knew she was someone I could easily work with. She responds every single time I text, call or email her. I have never been unable to reach her. She knows her job inside and out. If she is not absolutely sure of something, she finds out and gets back to me immediately. She knows which employees are best suited to respond to any question I have. She never shies away from doing any kind of work or answering any possible question, no matter how intricate it is. There are many residents in our building who are extremely demanding. Christa can read them and she knows just how to take care of each one individually according to their personalities. She even knows the residents well enough that when I tell her something about a problem I am having with one of them, she can help me respond based on who each one is. Not only is she warm, bubbly and welcoming, but she is extremely professional and knowledgeable in every aspect of her job. If I still worked with a company, I would hire her on the spot and I would know without a doubt that she could anything that would come her way. Thank you, Deni Cooper

I have to reset my TV every other day. My sisters has been out for a whole week and no one’s coming until next Monday to fix it. My neighbors TV is out in the bedroom and I’m trying to get someone over to fix that too. I never had this much trouble with cable TV.

If any apartment complex try’s to make you use them run!!!!! Do not work with them. Day 7 no internet. Tech comes out and goes to wrong apartment…. Doesn’t call just leaves. I’m now on the phone for an hour with customer service. I left work early for this… -100/10
