I have been coming here for years! Today I had my taxes done Nefta and she was AMAZING! She explained everything down to a T! I feel more confident and knowledgeable than ever before moving forward with doing my taxes. I had a walk in appointment, and I will be definitely following her EVERY year to whatever location she is preparing at! Also the receptionist T was very kind and informative answering a few questions I had about a price quote, as I was misquoted last year! I was seriously considering going to an independent tax preparer, but moving forward I will stick with H&R Block! Good doing business! Thanks again Nefta and T!

These people are very incompetent. I've gone back four times to straighten out their errors and things they forgot to ask me. I won't be going back next year. Mrs. Martin was the worst.

My issues wasn’t resolved here I ended up paying for a Tax service without a deep explanation on my return. The lady kept taking about her personal life to mask the horrible service the provide.
