Can I give 0 stars..... What's there to say about a company owner who thinks they are entitle to assault a teenager and women with racial slurs and assaulting actions all while holding a child. I will never do business with this company every again after things things I have seen on video about the man who represents this company

How despicable, his last name is so on par because looking at such a racist low life literally makes me want to puke. No one should be trusting their money with a business that not only employs but puts racists in leadership roles. Choke.

Absolute worst bank, technology wise they are still in the 80's. Your deposits are pending for days then just disappear. No one will answer your questions or help. If you want to actually conduct business then use a different bank.

The outside ATM ate my debit card on a Sunday morning. There was a phone number on the side of the machine. When I called the number and selected to speak to someone in customer service it just looped me back to the original message stating their normal business hours (M-F, during the day). I sent a message later that morning on the customer service page of their website. As of today (Wednesday) I still have not received any response.

Stay away! I had a business account open for about two years. When I finally started getting larger deposits and decided I needed debit cards, I went into the bank, filled out forms, signed them, and expected to get my debit cards. Instead, I got a nightmare. During the process of getting the debit cards, they discovered that they "made a mistake" two years prior and their "solution" was to freeze my account, but not before allowing a large deposit by check and a large deposit from a title company. Basically froze 30K of funds and would not release it. I provided paperwork and documentation and ID for an account that had been open and active for 2 years without a single problem (no bounced checks, no overdraft). I told them to close the account and just issue the check to the company, so at least I could get my funds moved to a normal bank. They refused, without more documentation to check the "owner's background". I said, you don't run a background check on the owners of Coca-Cola. If they want to close their account, you close it and make a check out to Coca-Cola. It has NOTHING to do with who the officers are and what the "perceived" issue is the the owner's ID. My funds were tied up for a month trying to get them to release it and moved to another bank. When I asked them "what else do you need" they told me "I don't have that answer, we have to wait until our lawyers respond". So, basically, you can freeze my funds, not tell me why, not provide a solution or timeframe as to how to get the funds released, and I am supposed to be okay with this? I contacted my attorney and they closed the account and provided me with a cashier's check within a few days, which I had asked for when the problem first arose. Why do I need to get an attorney involved to get back my OWN funds? Why did they wait until after the large deposits to put a freeze? Everything was messed up. No apologies. DO NOT do business with them.

Very bad experience, avoid this bank if you want to open a business account. Filled out an online application so I did not have to go into a branch, then made me go into a branch and told me they could not help me. Wasted one of my most precious commodity, time, now they wont get my money.

Ive banked with Iberia for at least 5 years, I used the Wilton manors branch until it closed when I was forced to use South Andrews. I will say that that this branch has the worst attitude i have ever encountered. No customer service !! Terrible branch manager with an less then helpful demeanor. I am stuck there for now, but will be moving as soon as I can find a better bank

Opened a business account a month ago, still have not received my debit card and the online banking will not let me do transfers. The iberia bank app is next to useless, believe it or not you cannot do mobile check deposits even though it's one of the advertised despides. Closing my account asap this bank is a joke.
