Fraud is off the charts right now. Your bank decided to issue new debit and credit cards with a. Ontactless feature. This was the biggest mistake. All the cards look a like. The other issue with your bank is. If your account has a been hacked and got a hold of your accounts and making internal transfers. As an account holder I am NOT ABLE TO DELETE A PENDING FRAUDULEND TRANSACTION ????? WHY. WHY ON EARTH ARE YOU PEOPLE LETTING IT GO THROUGH AFTER MIDNIGHT AS A PREAUTHORIZED AND PENDING TRANSACTION??? I CAN ONLY REYRIEVE MY MONEY AFTER I FILE A DISPUTE AND HAVE TO WAIT WEEKS FOR YOUR IDIOTIC INVESTIGATION TO BE COMPLETED. YOUR SECURITY PROTOCOLL IS LACKING. I truly believe that someone from your customerservice Callcenter is the culprit . This guy knew exactly how to maneuver through the settings and got into customers accounts. 🙄

Amazing service. Stopped by to open a CD and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Most places are going to make you wait 15 minutes just to talk with a banker.

Today my grandmother and I had the pleasure of meeting with Nolan and he was a delight to work with. We’ve been coming to this credit union for many years and all the staff are very attentive and helpful. Nolan took the time to discuss our accounts and educated us on the benefits of being members. He was incredibly detail oriented and helpful. Thanks Nolan, It was a pleasure meeting you and we look forward to seeing you again in the near future.

Hated that they dropped IBM name. As a prior IBMer, I feel sad that they now deny their own roots.After having for many years many accounts with them, all well standing, they refused me a car loan, though I paid 1 car loan with them and 1 car loan elsewhere just prior.BofA had no trouble giving me the loan at a very low rate.This credit union is going downwards ever since. Once I pay off my remaining loans, that is it. Will no longer bank here. I feel the connection is lost.EDIT: Taking another star off for denying me another loan, while another credit union has offered me one. This marks the end of my shopping with this bank.
