I almost never leave reviews as I am hard to impress, however in this case I made an exception as I was extremely happy with two employees at Jaguar in Pompano. I have never purchased a Jaguar before and I was, shall I say, surprised at the level of service. My family and I intended just to take a quick look at the dealership. We had just come for a dog park, were dressed like bums and had our dog with us. Salesman Tony Herscu was the nicest car salesman I have ever dealt with, and I have purchased several other luxury cars from competing brands. Tony's service was by far the best, he even made our dog feel like a prized potential customer. I would also like to thank Financial services manager Robert Vallejo. Once again fantastic service, explained everything in great detail and would recommend him to anyone interested in financing a car. Super nice guy. So far Jaguar ownership has been fantastic thanks mostly to the service provided by Tony and Robert. Hopefully the car is as good as we were treated at the dealership. Time will tell.Big Kudos to Handover Specialist Dylan Vitiello for coming to our house and explaining all the great features on our car. Thanks for the help Dylan. Another nice Jaguar service.

Outstanding! I cannot say it enough. Outstanding. Everything from the level of service, to the communication, to the ease with which everything was completed was outstanding. This was quite literally the best experience I've ever had with a service department. I saw a hand full of negative reviews about this particular service department prior, so I was nervous going in, especially as a female car owner. But i was treated with respect throughout the process of having my car repaired, i was provided with a loaner promptly, and there was constant communication while my car was being worked on. The tech even took the time to walk me through the necessary repairs and show me the damage to my vehicle. There is really no other word than outstanding to describe my most recent experience at Jaguar Fort Lauderdale.

I drove over 100 miles to come and buy my new F Type Jaguar at FT Lauderdale Jaguar and it was worth it. Matt was very easy to work with and the sale process went very smoothly. On top of that I got great pricing on my Jaguar trade in and the new vehicle. So glad I made the journey

What a great overall experience! Justin Ponder, the Service Rep, was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns and addressed them. Vehicle check-in was also great, and the waiting area is very nice. Thank you, keep up the good work and experience you offer!

Service was professional and efficient. My service representative, Jose, was open and honest about the service my car required and cost.He was attentive and returned my calls in a timely manner.Every staff member I came in contact with was courteous and accommodating.

Everything went very smooth from the moment I arrived. My service rep AL was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He arranged my transportation to and from the service center and instilled my confidence in the organization with his no nonsense approach. I am grateful the service matches the original Jaguar dealership and will gladly keep buying here.

No one from the dealer is returning my calls regarding my car brought there for repairs over two weeks ago. I have been calling daily and is told repeatedly that someone will get back to me and the service representative is unavailable. I have called the service representative and left text messages and total silence about my car. I have no idea when the car will be ready or if the car is being worked on. I have no transportation in the meantime.The Service Manager John was extremely helpful in getting my car delivered to me and I am very grateful. Car is fixed and everything is fine now.

Very professional and honest. We drive over 30+ miles bypassing closer dealers to come here. The customer service is excellent, and the staff well trained. Mr. J. Mena, my advisor is on point. Thanks, highly appreciated in this so impersonal society we live in.

I drive a 2018 F-Pace. I have had an issue with the ac intermittently not cooling and have had it checked at least 4-5 times. The issue is still unresolved. I believe I am not receiving a high level of service because my car is older and it would take some time to really research, however, this started over 2 years ago. This could also be because they do not have loaners (or do not wish to provide to me). BTW, my extended warranty allows for a loaner.My service agent is always pleasant.

I had my I Pace in for recall work. Diane Willey was the service rep who took care of me. She provided exceptional service and had the work completed in a day. She helped me in the past and her professional service was equally as wonderful. She is the best thing your dealership has going. She is a real keeper.

Very happy with the wonderful service and attention. My I-pace had problems with the battery and I had to send it in tow truck, they received it under warranty and replaced the battery in record time and attended a recall. Taiwoo and his manager Charles gave us great attention.

We brought our XJ here for servicing and received the best and kindest advice from Mr. Al Pegliero and staff. Mr. Pegliero took the time to listen to our inquiries and concerns, then he proceeded to provide options, timing and projected costs. He’s very knowledgeable when it comes to managing issues regarding Jaguars, and worked well with the best mechanics in keeping us informed of any additional parts or potential delays. We felt comfortable leaving our classic vehicle in the care at this facility; especially after being reassured that the work will be completed by one of the mechanics having many years of experience dating back to when such a vehicle was designed. We received our vehicle in the best way and our confidence was reinforced more-so when we were presented with the finished product and was provided the billing statement as promised with no hidden fees. In fact, there were actual allowances made.We really appreciate the service received and would offer more stars if available!

I have only been a Jaguar owner for 15 months and I am so pleased with everyone at Ft Lauderdale Jaguar. Ed, my sales guy was so professional and accommodating. Highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new or pre owned vehicle. Special thanks to Amanda in the service department. I have only had a couple minor issues like needing new wiper blades but she treats the issue like it’s so much more important. She is really personable and she gets things done. If you are looking for a high end vehicle I highly recommend Ft Lauderdale Jaguar.

Purchased a Jaguar F Pace from this dealership. We were promised another key fob would be mailed to us because they had none on site. Nothing was ever sent. We would call Matt the salesman and speak to managers, still no key fob. This has gone on since Feb 2023. We would expect this from a buy here pay here but not a luxury dealership. Very disappointing, we traveled 6 hours to this location and would expect better overall service.I never want to give bad reviews but that’s seems to be the only way to get attention of the correct people who care about good customer service.Hopefully the issue will be solved soon.
