I am very pleased with the service I received from Ultimate Auto Care. My 2015 Toyota Camry had a lot of issues, and I was referred to them for service. They did a complete diagnostic, advised what needed repair and gave me my options. After I did the recommended repairs, my car now drives better than new - like its floating on air!! Ultimate Auto Care is now my go-to auto care for service. In addition, they are very professional and tells the customer everything before doing the service, which I really appreciate. Dawn H.

I drive a Nissan Sentra and my car was stalling out and everyone thought it was a fuel pump issue but it turns out it was my transmission. The man who runs the shop knew everything that was wrong before he even saw it and he was so helpful and kind. He did an amazing job and had amazing customer service. I truly recommend this business the people here know exactly what they're talking about. I sent my boyfriend over to them and he drives a Mercedes slk. His engine overheated out of nowhere and the man knew exactly what the problem was before he pulled up the hood and found the completely deteriorated timing belt. I was very happy with my overall experience and would recommend it to anyone in the area.

This is probably the biggest fraud in Lauderdale lakes, nothing short of criminals. Charged a family member $650 for replacing fuel pump in a 98 astro van. Fuel is an average of 20 cents more per gallon year round. This place should be out of business in a hurry!

Called to make an appointment for my AC to be fixed. I was able to get an appointment within 2 hours of calling and my vehicle was serviced within a half hour. Very quick turn around and great customer service! Thanks DJ!

Brought our 2001 MustangGT in for an oil change which many places can't do because the car rides so low. While he was doing a visual inspection, the mechanic noticed a crack in the fuel line. If this had ruptured while driving, it could have caused a fire! He replaced the line and gave us a very fair bill for the parts and labor! We were very happy with the service and ability of the mechanic.Will definitely return in the future. VERY Highly recommend!

Wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Always fair priced and efficient! The manager DJ is always very friendly and helpful. The mechanics even stayed over time just to ensure I wouldn't be without my car for long. Definitely a returning customer and will be referring anyone and everyone. Thank you guys so much!
