It was after 7am but the front door was locked. I had to wait for a visible employee who saw me waving to come unlock the door. The lady at the front was hard to communicate with (Africa or Bahamas origin?) as she was both low energy and had a foreign accent. She also kept communicating with someone on her headset instead of trying to wait on me. Donuts were tasty--I like the product and brand. The store just needs someone else on the front who wants the store open and can speak clearly.

Went to the drive thru at night and the service from Brandaja was awful. Had none in front of me and took a while to talk to us and then had an attitude as if she dodidnt feel like working and we were annoying her. Then we I got to the windows she didn't say a word just said what we owed and not even a thank you or nothing else. Is a shame that Krispy Kreme has to hire this type of individuals.

The worst experience I have ever had at any Krispy Kreme. We have visited different locations and this place is so run-down with THE WORST customer service! We patiently waited to be attended since the lady there was just attending customers in the drive thru and on the phone. It felt like those customers were a priority because she did take several customers in the drive thru while we just stood there waiting. Then, when they finally found a chance to attend us, the lady had such a bad attitude. We asked for half a dozen and she just decided to charge us 6 separate donuts by the unit which, obviously, came up to a ridiculous price. When I naturally asked her why the total came up so high, she was completely rude about it (like even rolling her eyes and sighing loud a couple of times). Then, another employee came in to make it worst. I just didn’t want to deal with their attitude. So, I left with overpriced and cold donuts, only because they were for my kids. I will not be visiting that place ever again!

I got original donuts and they seemed different like a different recipe or something. to sticky and way to soft then normal krispy kreme donuts.
