This hotel was covered in mold, mildew, and algae. I had trouble breathing there with my asthma and got very sick from the black mold and dust. We left earlier than we anticipated after checking in and seeing how bad the place is. The elevator was always out of order and problematic when working for the shortest period. It even has an expired certificate of being functional by several years! We had to carry heavy luggage down a digusting flight of stairs. The whole hotel needs to be torn right down, redone, cleaned, powerwashed, sterilized and then kept properly consistently. Surfaces were filthy, carpets were sticky, stained and our room was crawling with bedbugs and cockroaches. The breakfast area was dirty, crowded, and food selection was scanty. Garbage bins were overflowing outside and hallways looked dingy and depressing. They probably never were steamcleaned ever or vacuumed. Staff, except for Renee were unfriendly and ineffective, especially the so called head of housekeeping who was asked to send someone in to clean our room and didn't. I had to clean my own suite that day. She made loud personal calls on her cell using profanities while pretending to be working. The parking lot was full of sketchy looking people at night. Our card key for the room didn't work the second day. We had to descend that smelly staircase to go to the front desk to get another card to get in our room. I'd like to challenge the new owners to spend just one day and night there. I can almost guarantee they wouldn't want to! Believe me, for 179$ per day, there' s better, cleaner, safer accommodations in that area than that awful dump! We ended up staying in one and really appreciated the new place. I was able to breathe better and sleep better without the angst of bugs crawling on me. Wyndham needs to step up! Show some pride in ownership of your newly acquired establishment.

This was literally the worst hotel experience I've ever had, and I've stayed in a lot. My husband and I stayed there in August, visiting friends for the weekend. I booked the room for 2 nights, through a booking agency. The staff was polite, although not particularly friendly. The check-in took an exceptionally long time, as the first associate could not find our reservation, even after being shown the booking number and reservation number. A woman (presumably a manager) tried and was still having a hard time finding it. Finally, she said, "Oh, there you are," and gave us our room keys. Our room looked decent and clean, and we freshened up and went out to dinner. When we got back, neither of our key cards would open the door, so we went down to the front desk and told them our room number. They never asked for any kind of identification, just re-keyed our cards, and told us, "it happens sometimes." We thought it was odd that it would happen to both of them and that they just took our word for what room we were in.My husband fell asleep, and I was reading a book late at night, when it sounded like someone was opening our door. I got up to see if there was a peephole, but the door started opening as I got there. Let me reiterate, THEIR key opened MY door in the middle of the night. At this point, I was very frightened and pushed back hard on the door to keep it shut and flipped the latch over. They kept trying the door and pushing back. I looked through the crack in the door, and a woman and her child were there. She was apologetic and said they must have given her the wrong room.In the morning, we went downstairs for breakfast (which was a very good breakfast, and the only good thing about this stay) and to discuss the issue at the front desk. Once again, she (same woman as the day before) couldn't find our reservation. I had left my phone with the booking info in the room and offered several times to send my husband up to get it, but she said it was fine and she'd find it. Finally, she asked if we could get it because she couldn't find us in the system. When my husband went upstairs to get the phone, his key card wouldn't work again. He had to come back down and have the card re-keyed AGAIN. He left again, and a few minutes later, she told me, "Wait, I just found it." My husband showed up with the phone, and I told him the news, relieved, but very disturbed and irritated by now.We were walking away to return to our room and discuss the situation in private when she called back to us, "but it says you're leaving today." ?♀️Here we go again! I told her I had paid for two nights and pulled up the reservation on my phone, which my husband was finally able to retrieve. She agreed it confirmed that I had paid for two nights but that the information in her computer was different, and insisted that the (reputable) booking company must have given them the wrong information. Seriously??? SERIOUSLY!?!?!? After all of this, they expect me to believe that it was the booking company's fault??? Seriously? It takes a lot to get me mad, especially with service employees, but I was livid now. Not only did she blame the booking company, but instead of calling them to confirm the information, she told me I HAD TO CALL AND FIX IT.Regardless of the outcome, feeling unsafe in and unable to reliably access our room, as well as completely unwelcome at the establishment, we wanted our money back, at least for the second night, and to stay somewhere else.We never did get our money back, but it was worth paying double the price to stay at the Hampton nearby, where our keys worked and no one opened our door in the middle of the night. Lesson learned. It is horrifying to think what might have happened if our room had been reassigned while we were out or if someone else had been given the key to our room. I will never feel comfortable staying in one of these hotels again.

This location has really gone downhill. I've been.coming here for years, but after my current stay, I'm done. We won't be back. As I said, I've been coming here for years, with my service animals and have never had an issue. But this time, there was sa notice at the front desk that say you "must show documentation proving your animal is a service animal or be charged $75". This violates ADA Federal Laws is so many ways. So they charged me $75. I was just gonna not get upset about it because stress triggers my disability. And I was just gonna not come back here again. The room I checked in to, room 108 had so much wrong with it. The toilet wouldn't fill all the way up with water, it took 20 minutes for the shower water to get hot, and my TV kept freezing up. After 2 days of this I asked for a different room. The evening I checked in to a new room, I got an alert that my card was charged another $75. I went to the front desk to find out why, and she blamed the manager, who was gone for the day. So this manager charged my card again without talking to me and without authorization. So I called Wyndam customer service and made a complaint to them and was told it takes 1-2 weeks to hear anything back. So I'm filing a complaint with the ADA. The fines and penalties will be a lot more than the $150 they charged me for my service animals.

If I could give this place a negative 100 I would. The pictures on the website look’s nothing like what the hotel is the windows were boarded up the hotel didn’t look or feel safe it needs a lot of updating, the room I was in had a bad smell and it was super dirty it had thick dust on the walls I asked for a refund to find another hotel or if they can put me in another one of their hotels I was told no to both so I was forced to stay. The last night I had roaches crawling on me and the walls I would never stay at a La Quinta ever the hotel experience really ruined me and my daughters trip.

Came in to visit my nieces and their families. Instead of two days, I extended to four because this place was so nice. There is a CVS right next door that you can walk to.

So first of all the pictures of the hotel were probably made like 10 years ago because everything looks so old now, especially the outside of the hotel. The pool closes at 7pm and it seems like it wasn't cleaned for a couple years. As soon as you come inside the hotel you can smell smoke. People that work there are not nice AT ALL, they are not even smiling and make you feel very unwelcome. I told the lady that I don't know how this is a smoke free hotel when it smells very smoky especially on the second flor where our room was, she looked at me like she did not care at all and all she said is "ok", no apologies whatsoever and she didn't even do anything about it. If you wanna come to this hotel just know that it seems like everyone there is SMOKING and it smells extremely bad there. Their breakfast is a different story. They say breakfast is 6-9, we came to breakfast at 8 and there was like 1 yogurt left, it seems like they do not restock their breakfast at all, the saisages and eggs taste like trash, I was honestly about to throw up once I teied it, me and my husband had to go have breakfast in other places because we could not stand the smell and taste of the food. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this hotel to ANYONE. I promise you WILL REGRET coming here. If I could I would give zero stars to this hotel. I was counting my days to leave from this hotel.

Great location! I like the fact that there's body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in dispensers, on the wall, in the shower. There's also a kind of vent cover for the a/c, so the air doesn't blow up into the curtains, and they put the curtain liner in front of the curtain, instead of behind it ( and it doesn't open in the middle). ??The property is small, but the rooms are clean. Technically, there are 3 exits and ONLY ONE entrance! However, when I asked about the two "exit only" side doors, I was told that ANY hotel guest that goes out either side door, will be asked to leave IMMEDIATELY, regardless of your reservation, payment, etc. If you refuse to leave, they will call the police and have you trespassed! And, "...take it to court," was the response when I asked if the guest would get their money back for any unused part of their reservation ?.Also, there is a $75 deposit, CHARGED to your card. But, overall, I recommend it!

The front staff had the personality of a porcupine. They charged an extra 75 dollars for a "security deposit". Guests screaming "songs" in the hallway. The tub was moldy and so was the bathroom. Thermostat was broken. The room smelled of cigarettes so did the hallway.

The key cards weren’t working, and we had to be let into our room by a staff member every time we left. The whole hotel was run down and dirty, and the room had a moldy smell.
