I got my car repaired here a couple years ago for about $20k next thing you know everything on my car is falling off seems like they temporarily fix things later on you could potentially get into a accident with everything falling off!!! Will never come here again

Kayla and her team did a fantastic job on the dents, dings, scratches all around - really customer service oriented team - professional, efficient and on time. They even took me to the rental car agency and I dropped off the rental at CChampions when I picked up my car. Finally found a GREAT body shop in Fort Lauderdale.

Worst car body shop in Florida. Took my truck in from an accident. Since April I'm still dealing with trying to get my car repaired today. The worst service. Waiting on the district manager almost a week now. AVOID AT ALL COST.Service: Body & Trim

Old management was bad, new management’s even worse. I paid these guys for repairs they never completed, and Anthony has been hiding behind his secretary when I call. Halfwit gatekeeper with an emasculated manager. I feel for this guy’s wife.

This is the worst place to repair vehicles. It is not recommended to leave your vehicle in this place. The attention is terrible. The repairs are terrible. Do not leave your vehicles in this Fort Lauderdale workshop, My vehicle came out more repaired with bad repairs when they assembled the car they left me a loose tire and they left the nuts in the back seat the worst workshop

Crash Champions went above and beyond to support my family after we had a car accident in May. From start to finish, Kelsey and Mike communicated car repair updates frequently, escalated our concerns to insurance and helped us deal with back orders and delays when ordering parts.From what we saw, our car was fixed perfectly. However due to interior parts not being available due to supply chain issues and shortages, we were unable to drive it home. It was a really tough situation to navigate not having a car due to backordered parts, but Kelsey made it a priority to help us. NO NO NO !….Unfortunately I had a big disappointment in many ways. Although I took my previous no repairs to your shop I experienced that you’re poor management has caused to many difficulties and loss of time in the last repair . After my last accident I came back to you as a loyal customer. The job was supposed to be three or four days work. You should have prepared the parts in advance. When I left my car Rick told me that the parts were on the way. Than it was a long holiday weekend. I came to pick my car the cover of the rear door was not paint. I had a long argument with Mike that was not include in the rear door replacement. I told him that you had a open check for all the repairs. The cover was damaged as well so I couldn’t personally understand why they didn’t fix this. Then we had to contact to the adjuster to get the required authorizations and of course she was on holiday and we lost another 10 days for that. Then I came again to the shop to collect my car and the electrical problems weren’t fixed. Especially crash champion broke my rear door electrics whilst installing the rear door. Then we had to find a dealer to fix. We lost a few days there again. It took 10 days to look at the damage by the dealer do to they were highly busy. The dealer has and elderly electrician gentleman who had pile of files in front of him to fix the cars. Long story short, the dealer broke another part whilst installing the new electric box And we lost three weeks at the dealer. After six weeks I came to pick my car again and the paint was horrible with all the scratches and faulty paint. What I was trying to say is, Mike the manager had to make a plan and finalize the repair within four days maybe. He’s ego and poor management skills caused me six weeks. Due to, I work with my car is destroyed my financial situation. Still, The front bumper and grill paint peels with no reason and without any accidents or heat. It was the lack of labor or not quality paint. Mike doesn’t want to take the responsibility and fix the parts, which are still under the warranty of his very shop. I’m giving the shop a chance to fix your reputation. However Mike doesn’t seem to take the responsibility. Unfortunately, I have to inform you that, this will not end. I will try every legal way to get my rights. I will let your customers every possible way that you are not the same and the quality has dropped dramatically under the new management.
