I had one of the worst dealership experiences at Lipton Toyota when leasing my 2025 Toyota Land Cruiser. From the beginning, the process was full of errors, misleading information, and a total lack of accountability. The vehicle was delivered with incorrect mileage, and instead of taking responsibility, the staff kept giving excuses and avoiding clear answers.
Even after escalating the issue to management, nothing was handled properly. Communication was unprofessional, follow-ups were ignored, and no one seemed to care about resolving the problem. For a dealership representing a brand like Toyota, this level of service is completely unacceptable.
I would strongly advise anyone considering Lipton Toyota to double-check every document and vehicle detail before signing anything. Transparency and customer service are clearly not their priorities.

***Customers Beware*** The old saying Trust but Verify Thank god I can fix cars myself but for those who can’t, like my daughter. I was able to catch parts price gauging when getting service for my daughter’s 2024 camry. They attempted to charge us $1073.00 for an a/c condenser that cost $420.00. Take the time to review prices if you can in addition to call around like other Toyota dealers because that’s what I did. I knew the part cost before going back to the dealer.

If you’re a really big fan of getting screwed over with fees ( a bunch of add ons that you don’t care to have nor should they be mandatory to pay for) and being told that you can “go buy a car elsewhere if you don’t like the fees” followed with being charged the wrong amount of taxes than come here, the lovely lady on the phone most definitely loved to give me nasty attitude over the phone, to an active duty military service member on top of that too. But hey, shout out to Shawn and Jorge for actually being nice and reasonable unlike the lady whom I spoke on the phone with. 1/10 (only because of the kindness of the other gentlemen). And before you ask no they don’t have military discount. Will most definitely be taking my sales elsewhere.

My wife has been bringing her car here since 2016, which was when and where it was purchased brand new. She recently visited the dealership to have an oil change done. The service advisor tried to upsell her on tire rotation and balancing. She responded by stating that she purchased her tires at Costco, and that the rotation and balance was included with her purchase. He continued to push the issue, but when he saw she was not willing to, suggested she bring her car to Costco for the oil change. Needless to say, she got irate and used some foul language. We shall never bring our vehicle back to this dealership, nor ever purchase any future vehicles here. If it was possible to post this without any stars I would.
