My service advisor Ryan Mulligan, is the best of the best. Very knowledgeable, thorough, excellent communicator, efficient, top notch customer service. I watched him juggle so much with ease whilst maintaining a professional demeanor- like a duck on water- calm on top... feet flapping under so fast. He kept me informed and listened to my concerns. Seriously he is the best. My noise issue was fixed on first try and alignment is excellent- car tracks pin straight. So big kudos to my auto tech no 175167!! They had to take my steering column apart. Kind of annoying design flaw on Toyota's part because noise is a known issue so another option would have been nice (like re-packing with silicone) but still better than a total column replacement. Cost of parts was nil, overall book hours are reason for high cost to repair. This is no fault of service department but if you're hearing me Toyota- you can do better!!!Courtesy shuttle staff are incredibly sweet, friendly and professional. The most negative part of my experience was with the car jockeys who take people in. They are so obnoxiously rude. The first day I showed up they were pushy but the second day put me over the edge. Someone seriously needs to talk to this group because they are the first face/impression for the most profitable department in the whole dealership. I worked in service departments for many years and the experience with these jokers was unacceptable. The second day I was the only car at 11 am in the two lane park to drop off. You would think I was blocking the whole area during the morning rush to drop off with how pushy they were. Ryan walked me to the courtesy shuttle area and these guys were yelling at him across the way in front of me, a customer. Not a good look!! They did not listen to what I was trying to communicate to them on my second day drop off. Someone needs to tell these characters that they are a part of the customer service experience. Honestly, if I could just drop off with my service advisor and then have them pull car around it would be a much better experience. I'm not easily intimidated but having two men standing over me while I'm trying to get out of my car and arguing with me with an attitude the second I pulled up really set me over the edge. I'm a very reasonable person and having been on both the auto service side and as a customer I know why they are the way they are but this negative experience makes the jobs of the advisor much harder. The advisor has to mitigate our negative mood coming in on top of explaining expensive diagnostic/repairs to lay people who are probably upset about the cost in this current economy. Seriously someone please talk to the jockeys. Other than the jockeys a great experience. Will update to 5 stars if you fix the jockey issue. If Ryan is not working there I'm not coming back.

I have purchased (3) Toyota’s and leased (1) Toyota over the years because I Love Toyota’s! But….going for the services on the weekends have been unwelcoming and long waits! The professionalism has been at a all time low! After my routine oil change service I decided to purchase a battery and had to wait an additional (1) hour just for a battery replacement! The Service advisors seem to be overwhelmed with work and it definitely reflects in their attitudes (not customer friendly) anymore and that don’t match the value of the Toyota brand! Time for some customer service trainings! Also, need to consider price matching to assist customers! I bought brand new tires and a lifetime battery from here this year but I know it wasn’t the best of a deal! Hopefully, things will get better for staff and customers! Paul Ruiz service advisor was pretty good first time with him!

I've only had 1 interaction with them. My first and last. They are everything everyone hates about car dealers, overbearing, insincere and just plain annoying.

The young man, Demetrius was only concerned with making a sale. I told him I rather not run a credit check until I was sure I was purchasing the vehicle. He ran my credit not once but twice. He convinced me to leave a down-payment to hold the car if I changed my mind. After I decided I wasn't going to get the car, I've been waiting almost a week for him to reverse the transaction. I don't appreciate the pressure I felt nor the fact that not once was lowering the price considered. I might have bought it then. I also don't like the fact that he ran my credit twice without my permission. I should mention that I had to call their attention to the rated x music playing throughout the department. Very unprofessional!

I currently took my car in for service, and when the car was returned, my entire windshield was cracked. They are claiming their video service is not working, and it may have happened on their lot. Please replace my windshield as im concerned about driving around with my toddler in my car. This is the worst customer service i have ever received.

Their service has become so terrible now its beyond belief they have traded their mechanics for salesmen.Their salesmen are not for buying cars anymore friends learned from my experience When they tell you your car have problems worth $2500 it's actually $500 worth of problems. have a second opinion before you decide on anything they tell you trust me you wont regret investing the extra time it takes. And I have realized that they don't have competent mechanics working at lipton Toyota Oakland Park Blvd It seems like they have students with zero experience working on people's cars. You guessed it while they're charging customers tripled the amount for repairs they paying their inexperienced mechanics very little to work on your car. I get it they used the rest of the money for gas since they do give you a ride to and from your house. Seriously lipton Toyota you suck, you have become a scam in the car service industry zero trust. They fix my car 3 times for a problem they claimed my car had and car kept stopping with me every time I checked it out of the dealership. But they kept diagnosed different problems every time it stopped with me and of course they kept charging me new money every time they claimed i had a new problem yet the car was making the same original noise i heard the first time i brought the car to their shop. Until I took the car to another shop they fixed the actual problem lipton couldn't see. Lipton wouldn't admit they couldn't see the problem instead every time i returned they just invented new problem and kept charging me and me trusting on them wholeheartedly didn't see it until i went back to the shop I had just bought a battery lipton claimed was bad and the shop sweared the battery was fine both times i went back and forth between them and lipton they told me the battery was fine then it finally clicked Toyota was lying to me.$2600 later for problem I never had they wouldn't refund or admit they scammed me.I paid an extra $700 to fix the actual problem at another shop and car been fine since over 6months nowLipton's advisors are actual salesmen they know nothing about cars and their mechanics are apprentices straight from training. mediocare mediocareplease look at the company's review before visiting them I wish I did any questions about legitimacy of this review

The experience had several stages. First negotiation and car order; Second waiting for over 30 days. Finally, car pick up.The negotiation and car ordering took almost 2 hours and nothing in writing to back up the sales price. The wait was extended from 2 weeks to over a 30 days. I had to call numerous time and there was no clear answers besides we are waiting.Last, the car pick up was horrible. The process took more than 3 hours, no financing. The paperwork came with wrong names (middle initials and last names mixed up). There are many areas of opportunities to expedite the process and improve customer experience.

Terrible service attention, after two years I have a vehicle bought there and I went to present mold on the doors thinking that it was covered by the guarantee and they gave me an appointment and what I received was a NO as an answer, from the service supervisor Mr. Juan Curillo. I already know that I will never go or buy a single water in that dealer. worst life decision

Nothing says you care less about your customers than doing your absolute best to walk out the door at 7pm sharp. Called in advance to let them know I’d be picking up my vehicle right at 7pm and they said it would be fine. Upon showing up a gentleman was locking all the doors and said I was out of luck…I guess they’re lucky they got this first service from me because it will be the only one.

Ryan Mulligan - World Class service! Had my RAV4 serviced this morning. Ryan was my assigned service manager. He was extremely professional, going through the details of what's my options, what's the difference between different types of oils. Made me feel in trusted hands. The guys received my car, Geoff, again polite. I had a good welcome, and he was very detailed on gathering the details. I recommend this service station to all that want peace of mind and know you're being treated with respect and the car serviced correctlyToyota senior management, Congratulations.....you nailed it with your awesome team!

I wish I really had something nice to say about this dealership, but I don't. My experience with them was chaotic and uninformative. I did not receive the service I was entitled to. I am not gonna go into detail about all of the things that I experienced but I'm going to leave you with this, run as far as you can do not do business with this dealership.

I’m driving Toyota for years. I used to like it because of the services until my last visit at Lipton Toyota.Staff was unfriendly and rude. Also I will report them to the Toyota. One of the representatives rolled me that if I got the reservation online they don’t have any responsibility to check my car. They said that if they don’t want they have rights to cancel my appointment without any reason.Another issue is the waiting area. They don’t have any complementary foot or drink for anyone.Even if you have to wait for a long time you have nothing to drink.I will never go to Lipton Toyota again.
