Goes out quite often, real choice tv is terrible. Glitchy, buffering etc. Another night of hockey ruined. Seriously disappointed.That was 5 months ago.Currently on day FIVE of no services with no real help from the company.I would go anywhere else if possible.Really disappointed,

The internet has been consistent and speeds are very high! No issues so far. LuxSpeed offers 24/7 customer service which is very helpful. Definitely a step up for college internet!

The switch from cable internet to LUX fiber optic, high speed was determined by the new owner of the manufactured home community where I reside. The installation was scheduled for early 2023 but was not completed until August 1, 2023. There was very little information provided to the approximately 400 homes during that waiting period. This was not directly the fault ofLUX however it was essential that we knew when the old system was going to be shut down as we were individually responsible for the monthly bill and had to time that shut off request in a timely manner to avoid paying double that final month. Based on my billing cycle I had to shut the existing service (internet and cable tv) off 7/17. Since LUX has been installed the few start-up issues have been quickly tended to. When we call we get answeres and resultsNow if we could only figure out and find a reputable, comprehensive and affordable TV service. Initially we were told that a reliable tv serviceas also being offered by LUX, but once the fiber optics were being installed something happened and we indirectly learned that we were going to have to secure a different source for tv. I never heard why. This part is a continuing nightmare, especially since we did not request any change in anything. We have been in limbo in one form or another since late 2022. Im still struggling with finding a new tv service. I have spent countless hours trying to learn what my options are and how the streaming stuff works. The worst part is we were assured our costs would go down and there would be resources to help us... LUX has been there to answer and provide help with fibre optic issues. But the issue of being able to turn on tv and watch it hangs in the balance. What happened? Where do we go now?

I love this internet. I downloaded all of the harry potter movies in 5 minutes. I can play fortnite with 0 ping while watching all of the harry potter movies. 10/10 recommend.

After some initial confusion with my father's new service (the router was installed in the living room, instead of the office with his computer equipment), the friendly and efficient Lux Speed technicians returned to move the router to the office so that the computer and VOIP telephone could be connected.

Had the pleasure of interacting with Matt, and I must say, he has been absolutely exceptional. When I initially submitted a ticket for an issue on a Saturday evening, I braced myself for a weekend-long wait for a response. However, to my pleasant surprise, I received a prompt reply from Matt on Sunday morning. Beware of choosing Lux speed! It's apparent they do not have the ability to service or repair the fiber systems. I have never seen such poor customer service in my life. You can call about an outage and send emails...they respond by saying someone will contact you. I believe you have a better chance of winning the lottery. I've been without service on 3 different occasions in the last month or so. The longest outage lasting 8 days. Does the owner of Lux know? Does he or she even care?

The lockers for packages are amazing especially when schools use it in resistance halls. We can go whenever we want and it works off the wifi which is very fast working. Definitely recommend Lux speed!

Wow, I've got to give a big shoutout to the team at Lux Speed! Their customer service is next-level awesome. You get to talk to actual humans who call you back and don't quit until your issue is sorted out. I needed to get a VPN to work from home, and guess what? Matt, was a total rockstar. He spent hours making sure everything was perfect. But get this—he didn't just set it up and bounce; he tested it thoroughly and made sure it was all good. And if that wasn't cool enough, he even checked back in a day or two later to make sure everything was still running smoothly.It's so refreshing to find a company that actually cares about you and your needs. Lux Speed, you've got a fan for life! Highly recommend!!

Excellent support. I live at NJIT Maple Hall and had issues getting my friends in another apartment onto my Minecraft server in my apartment. We were connected with Matt from Lux Speed, who went above and beyond to help us out (on a Sunday, no less!). Definitely leagues ahead of your average ISP customer service.
