I have been through nothing but trials and tribulations as a new home owner...the buying process...renovations...repairs, but I did not expect the furniture buying process to be another disappointment. Thanks to Peter the sales associate I wasted time and money. The main reason I am upset is due to his lack of remorse. He called me today to inquire why my order was canceled...not even realizing his error. Once i informed him that he incorrectly ordered my bedroom set he barely apologized and tried to continue with completing the sale. The day of the sale I went into the store to purchase a bedroom set that apparently had been discontinued. The sale rep Peter was presenting with an unethical car salesman attitude, but I still proceeded with the purchase because I really liked the intrigue bedroom set. Instead of Peter honestly acknowledging that the bedroom set was not available, he "accidentally" ordered a completely different bedframe. I spent money to fly back for this delivery to be disappointed by the completely wrong items. I never complain. I usually just stop shopping with a company. But this has me so completely upset that I decided to do both. Do not shop at this store.

tall guy with the large forehead and long hair in the back was unnecessarily rude. i came in for a rocking chair and was not helpful at all completely dismissive, terrible employee to have up front.

Macys uses a 3rd party vendor to deliver their furniture. You can request a day, but they won’t give a time frame for delivery. You can’t even request afternoon or morning delivery. I changed the delivery date three days prior to the scheduled delivery for the following Saturday (because I work M-F) and even received an email confirmation for my selected date the following week. The drivers from the 3rd party came anyway, followed by a nasty email about not being home. The overseas Macy’s customer service representative failed to notify the third party delivery service so there was no confirmation of the new delivery date. I am not getting the beautiful furniture (the reason for the second star) on the day I chose. Instead, it is coming mid week. After speaking with a customer service “manager” that she or some on from Macy’s would contact me about my Saturday delivery, I never heard from anyone. Because they use an outside vendor, I wont know until the day before the approximate time of delivery. Lastly, I am not allowed to pick up the furniture I just bought. I like the furniture, but getting what you paid for shouldn’t be this hard. The communication between customer service and the vendor is inefficient, flawed, not user friendly. I will NEVER buy anything from this company again. It’s too bad. I’m sorry for them. Great American story. Tragic demise.

I like the store and my salesman was nice and I like the couch we found but I just wasted 15 minutes trying to call the store to talk to someone and wasn't able to get through. Go ahead, try it. It's unacceptable.

I wewnt in lookinf for a couch because it was Labor Day weekend and most have great sales. I was able to get a lether couch at a great price..1/2 off. John the saleman was nice was there at close range to answer any questions, not constantly top of you. I can't wait to receive my new couch in Smokey Gray. I rec'd a $100 statement credit for opening up a credit card. Which lowered my price even more. :-)

Macy's failed. I bought a bed and paid for white glove delivery. They delivered and set it up, and it was defective (squeaky, unstable). They agreed to replace with a new bed, which arrived a couple weeks later, and the delivery team set up the wrong size (king rather than california king), and they did this knowingly. They brought up the frame, noticed it wasn't the right size, then went and grabbed more items from the truck and set it up anyway, trying to carefully position the mattress so I wouldn't notice it didn't fit. So I called yet again and was told I could get another bed replacement. When I tried to set that up 24 hours later I was told the bed has been discontinued. What a mess and what poor service all around, not to mention poor quality.

Do NOT fall for the Worry No More guarantee. You are told if you do not make a claim in .7 years you get the money back as a Macys gift card... They do not tell you that YOU are responsible to remember exactly when the 7 years is up. Do NOT fall for the story. All you will do is kiss the money goodbye. Anyone have a seven year calendar to remind them of a date, between Covid and life who remembers the day a couch was delivered. To the day , they will tell you it's automatic. It's a big lie, never ever, ever purchase anything from the Macys furniture. You will be sorry , all they were supposed to do was give you a card that could only be used there anyway . They rather lose customers. Totally ignorant.

Unreal this place. Simple call to ask about a couch I WAS going to purchase until the rude salesperson huffed at me for asking to check if an item was in stock. She stated how am I supposed to know if it is or is not. I said I wanted to buy it if it was never came back to the phone. Will go elsewhere what a joke of a place.

Fast, friendly service and they had what I wanted in stock and were able to deliver within 3 days. Prices are not low, but were reasonable.

I would not recommend shopping at this store. The showroom lacks a variety and doesn’t seem very full either. There are several other stores on the same road with a larger selection.
