“Amy was terrific. We went in to see a specific mattress in her store, and although she didn’t have one in stock in her store, she sent us to another store, very close by, so we could try it out. We loved the mattress and called her the next day to purchase it. We did the whole transaction on line, it was very easy, it’s being delivered to us on the day we requested and she gave us several discounts and perks. She’s so nice, accommodating, intelligent and thorough. Really a great mattress-buying experience. We loved her store manager, Harry, too - truly a nice guy! PS - They told us if we ever found a better deal on the mattress, to call them and they’d refund us the difference - well, on Black Friday, they had a sale, and I called and Carlos very cheerfully refunded $642 to our credit card! “Ask for salesman Christion aka Chris. I walked in 20 minutes before closing and he listened to my needs and provided me with so many options. He looked at inventory to help narrow everything down. He even suggested floor model items to help save me money since I just had a baby. Within 45 minutes (yes, he stayed after closing just for me) we picked out an option and he set up timely delivery.
