I got “The call” from Mayors today. Roxana who works there in sales reached out letting me know a Rolex was available after being on the list for a while. I went in she had it all ready to and sized it for me and everything. She made me feel like a million bucks! I also bought a different watch a year ago and she was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable about everything. She’s a true professional and Mayors is lucky to have her there. I will keep going back to Mayors as long as she works there and I will refer all of my friends to her as well. 10 stars for Roxana and Mayors!

Aidyl from the Galleria Mayors was referred to me with the highest remarks by a very close friend. After working with her over the last year, I have been met with kindness, empathy, and sincerity at every step of the way. The timeline she gave me at the onset was incredibly accurate. I’m happy to report that I received the call on Friday April 26 to pick up my Rolex ref. 124060, which I have been proudly daily wearing ever since. Aidyl, thank you for your excellent service. I had a fantastic experience at Mayors in Fort Lauderdale. Roxana's kindness, attention, and professionalism made the visit exceptional. Jesus's precise fitting of my new Breitling Super Ocean was impressive. Juan, the store manager, was also very nice. The entire staff was excellent. I highly recommend this store!

Claudia has been amazing to work. I've been working with her on finding the perfect timepiece for a few months and one of my selections finally came in. I have been going to this store for quite some time now. My only point of contact is Claudia Yanez.Claudia goes above and beyond her duty to make sure that all my needs are met.She is very knowledgeable about every watch brand that is in the store. Her knowledge of jewelry is extraordinary.She helped me find the perfect gift for my wife. I know I will go buy more from her. She has also helped with sending my Rolex to get serviced. I truly do not have enough words for my experience at Mayors in Galleria Mall. My friend referred me to a new rep, Aidyl, as our previous Mayors rep moved locations. I would give Aidyl 10 stars if I could; you know down to earth people when you meet them. My main concern was finding a sales rep that did not act pushy or told me what I wanted to hear. I wanted an honest friend to guide me in my experience when purchasing or choosing my Rolex and Aidyl gave me just that. I received her call yesterday when the watch I wanted came in and the entire experience solidified my thoughts on this Mayors specifically; there was no pressure. I will now recommend Aidyl to my family and friends moving forward, she is knowledgeable in the industry, honest with her feedback, relatable and was purely happy for me. If there was a book of how to be a sales rep, Aidyl would be writing it. Thank you so much, Aidyl, for helping me with my Yachtmaster, you made the process beyond enjoyable.

Fantastic experience shopping at Mayors Galleria Mall. I went in with many hesitations and concernsRegarding my watch purchase. My advisor Roxana was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire sales process. I left feeling thrilled with my decision and so lucky to have been assisted by Roxana. It was my first time dealing with Mayors as a company. Initially, I was dealing with another location and was very dissatisfied with the whole experience. The location I was initially trying to do business with made me feel like they did not want my business. I was referred to my sales rep, Roxana Serrano, by a friend who had previously done business with this particular location. I decided to cancel my order with the first store I was with (International Mall) and start the wait after 4 months all over again.Upon arrival, she was busy with another client so I hung around for about 15 minutes while she was done. I was with my wife and baby when another couple walked in after us. Another agent greeted the couple behind us and disregarded my wife and I which made us feel a little bit uncomfortable. We figured maybe they thought we were already being helped, but it would’ve been nice if she at least asked if we were already being helped. After a few minutes, Roxana welcomed us and had us sit down and offered us something to drink.Roxana was very professional and informative throughout the whole ordering/buying process. She made my experience truly unforgettable!! I look forward to doing business with her and this location in the future! Thank you !!
