I was disappointed with the rude staff here. We simply asked for ketchup (which we asked for when we ordered) and when she brought out the food she told us that it wasn't on the ticket. She was extremely rude, simply because she was asked for ketchup. We will never go back

Skip this one if you can. Service poor. Uninterested ("I don't know about these orders but have a look - hands three orders at the same time). Also can't distinguish that when a whole pot of salt is douced on a burger that quality control diminishes.To reduce having a bad experience, if you have to go here- check your order before leaving.Saltiest burger of my life.

If I could give this place negative stars I would, absolutely.. the "manager" as she proclaimed herself had the worst attitude. I asked for a frozen drink which they had 3 separate flavors. I wanted to mix my drink with 2 flavors and she kept saying it's impossible and not allowed (which makes absolutely no sense) then she got loud with me and I was polite as I could be. Even had witnesses there. When I asked to see a manager she told me "I'm the manager and its not happening and get over it" I was shocked at this woman's gaul!

Dirty tables, my large fries came filled halfway, and were cold, they replaced it but the new fries were still cold, my chicken sandwich came with old and faded colorless tomatoes, as well as 2 separate chickens in it, making it difficult to eat, without it falling off every second?, And my mango smoothie tastes like water, way too many mistakes for a place to eat and enjoy food, defenitly don't recommend this McDonald's, go to another one.

Horrible service. Last two visits, about a week apart, the same kiosk prints a blank receipt. I requested table service and they instead called out the number of the order which I didn't have since my receipt was blank. They've remodeled the location interior but the service needs a major overhaul.

I'm staying across the road in a hotel. I just wanted a cup of coffee. I walked up to the lobby, and it doesn't open until 6 am. The drive thru is open, so I just walked through it since I don't have a car here. They lady tells me they can't serve me like that... Maybe it's a safety issue or policy, but come on, accommodate a person for a simple cup of coffee.

Mobile app and menu board shows breakfast menu. Pull up to the drive thru and I was told I couldn’t get breakfast. It’s 5:01 am and I already purchased my food through the app! Manager asked if I could come back when it’s breakfast time…. I don’t live near this location and it is breakfast time. So why can’t I receive the food I ordered??? I was left unanswered for about 10 minutes and I had to call the store phone to let the manager know that I was still at the speaker waiting for a solution. Once she came to the speaker she tells me breakfast isn’t ready and she doesn’t know how long I would have to wait. And I would have to cancel the order through the app. She did apologize but she didn’t offer any other solution.
